Chanel — Local services in Paris

I cannot be more happier with my experience in this store. I wanted to buy a classic medium flap bag in caviar with a gold hardware on my recent trip to Paris. After visiting a couple of other stores where I was told that all classic bags are sold out in whole of Paris I almost gave up but glad I didn’t. On July 19th the stores had a new collection drop so I went again to see if I may like some other bags instead. Little I knew the queues in Galeries Lafayette and 31 Cambon were stretching way outside of the stores. In 19 Cambon I went inside but was told that the wait is 3 hours. Without a hope left I decided to stop by the last store at Rue Royale. No queue outside, I went right in and was surprised to see that I’m next in line. A nice gentleman greeted me, I told him what I’m looking for and to my surprise he brought my dream bag right away! I still cannot believe it and do not understand why the sales assistants in the other stores were lying about the stock. Very happy and cannot recommend this...

I saw that there was a wallet I wanted. I looked around other stores and said I'd come back 20 minutes later to buy it.

Melinda said she had a bag and showed me a chat app with a pink background and asked if she was a reservation.

When I told her I wasn't the one who made the reservation, she went to call

she came back to me and said that the bag was sold out

Chanel can't make a reservation, but she hid the bag to sell it to someone else

She kept lying and I talked to the gallery managers.

She told the manager that what she showed me was not a chat app, but a picture of the product.

She lied that what she showed her manager was not a chat app, but a photo of the product.

I definitely saw the pink background chat app When I tried to look at her cell phone, she kept hiding it

She sells products to reservationists. She has turned Chanel visitors into fools

Rude attendant at door and poor service. Went in the store and a curly dark haired man at the door greeted us. He told us to wait and that we were free to walk around the store.

Unclear instructions and he did not take down our names and put us on the waiting list unlike the other stores we have visited.

We walked around and there seemed to be an attendant that was free. As she seemed free, I asked the lady about a bag I was looking for and the curly dark haired man went across the store to tell us “ I told you to wait” in an extremely rude tone that is not fit for the expected service received at a luxury store.

Decided to walk out of this branch right away and we received great service at the other Paris locations. Overall, terrible customer service and utterly rude behavior from the...
