Tourist trap - please, avoid it! Looking for arrogant and dishonest staff? You are at the right place. Two poorly presented scrambled eggs in a bowl cost 10 euros (fyi 6 eggs cost 3 euros at the shop), and so does an iced coffee (coffee & water). Paid 30 euros for "breakfast" here when you can pay the same for a real breakfast at a hotel in the nearby streets. The waiter is not nice and represents that cliché arrogant staff of Paris you hear about. Our bill was 80 euros - my friends gave 50 cash and I had to pay 30 by card. When we asked for the machine the waiter took away the bill with the cash and came back with the machine. Told me it's 35 to which I responded no - he went back to look at the bill (without bringing it back) and said 32. I paid 32 for my two eggs and two iced coffees but will never ever come here again! I am quite convinced they charge foreigners more. Save your money and go elsewhere - a breakfast at Ladurée will cost you less!

Wow! What an amazing experience! We watched from a neighboring restaurant and wanted to experience the Parisian atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious, but what made it even more special was the waiter choosing what he thought we would like. He was spot on with everything and so very friendly. Try the hibiscus gin drink! The steak tartar and French onion soup. The creme brûlée with vanilla ice cream was the first time I had the warm and cold and really enjoyed it! Thank you for making tourists feel welcome!

Happened upon this place while touring the area. Nice area and food was decent. Ordered the burger with blue cheese, which was large and the toppings were generous! Only issue I had was that the bun was a bit dry and crumbly. My partner's steak and frites however was excellent! Beautifully tender cuts of beef and cooked perfectly (requested med rare). The peppercorn sauce was delicious and the fries were a good side. Overall, this is a great spot for a nice lunch.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Very terrible dining experience of extremely rude waiter with the worst service. It was the worst meal in Paris ever had. That day me and my friend sat at the outdoor seat. This male waiter was acting like in always rushing tempo. After we sat, he quickly put the menu on our table. 5 min later we were about to order, he came, without saying anything he suddenly and quickly took out the menu that I was still holding and put the menu to nearby table for other new coming customer - very disrespectful! He was always very distracted that even cannot wait us finished ordering food. He left us three times during the ordering while we were speaking to him - either that he saw a new customer or need to prioritize other service… VERY RUDE and we felt very disrespected. Something worse is - my friend ordered a salad but she thought it was a bit tasteless so she asked this waiter to provide olive oil and vinegar. (After several attempts because this waiter obviously tend to ignore her many times) After hearing the request, this waiter made a strange face without saying anything… possibly to show he was so fed up?? What is this kind of service??? SO RUDE AND ARROGANT. Although he provided the oil and vinegar later but we would rather leave immediately just that we never want to see such rude and ugly service again. The other waiters are friendly and nice but we cannot understand why such restaurant located in center of Paris would made such mistakes hiring such a UNQUALIFIED waiter.

The food and the environment is fine but the SERVICE is definitely...
