I have tried several times to contact this Company via email and online chat, but no one got back to me. Which is very frustrating. I then called them, and they said they have no-one who can speak English. I asked a friend to translate, and while having a conversation with a person from the shop in French she then handed the phone to someone who can speak English, which was obviously annoying as we were already mid conversation and this meant I needed to start again. This man I started to talk to then said send everything in an email, I said I emailed multiple times and didn't get a response. It's a little shop full of all sewing materials. But on Saturdays you may find a line at the entrance of shop. The sales person are very helping and listening to the customers. I bout many items in just 15€. Especially bias, spools of thread etc. are very cheap. I will definitely go back there. Une toute petite caverne D'Ali baba 😊😜mais rempli de toute sorte d'éléments pour la couture . j'ai été très surprise du prix indiqués sur la mousse spécial pour la fabrication des petits trousses et pochettes pour le maquillage. Pour vous dire cette même marchandises m'avais coûté 14 euro le mètre carré ;et aujourd'hui 5 euro et 20 centime alors j'ai pris 4 mètre,puis du files, doublure. La meilleure c'est la prise en charge individuel des clients et avec une patience inouïe du vendeur car j'étais indécise ; la joie de tout trouvé à des prix pareil m'on pousser à la dépense mais sans regret. Allez y voir .accès pour la personne handicapée ne fauteuil pliable possible :le fait est que le magasin est étroit.
