I rented the Airbnb managed by this company, located at 14 Rue Saint-Merri.
While the host maintains strict quiet hours rules, where it is stated that you can be kicked out without refund for noise violations, and in bad situations, they would opt to litigate against you, they failed to inform in the listing that the airbnb is directly above a gay night club.
With a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 children, we were appalled when the club music could be heard loud enough to keep my family awake.
The club hours go to 6am in the morning, which is when the music finally stops. When confronted, with the situation, the host stopped communicating with both myself and Airbnb to find a solution.
We only had 3 days in Paris, with only a couple of hours of sleep for my family each night. This left us in poor condition for our small vacation in Paris.
Canceling and finding last minute accommodations was not an option for a family of 7. There are few properties that can handle our size of family, especially on such short notice.
It amazes me that they can have such rules for guests, but are willing to subject them to such noise conditions. The club has been open for at least 10 months, according to the reviews it has received. The (g)host should have known.
The apartment is tastefully appointed and clean. But that amounts to a fancy storage locker if you cannot sleep.
Not only do I not recommend this property, but I recommend that people avoid properties managed by Cedric & his click your flat company.
I'm sure it is a collection of nice properties, and when things go well, it would probably be enjoyable. But when things go wrong, all support disappears.
This weekend, we had no sleep, no wifi (doesn't work), and if I didn't fix the thermostat myself, there would have been no heat.
If you find his properties cheaper than alternatives, do not think you are getting a good deal... You will pay for the lack of service and support - dearly.
I wish anyone seeing this, the best of luck, because this was truly a terrible, terrible experience.
You may also get noise at a hotel, but the hotel will act quickly, and can be counted on to make things right.

There are six beds in this property, and when we arrived, we discovered that none of the beds were clean from the previous guests. There were hairs on the bedlinen and Cedric was very defensive and difficult to deal with so I reported my complaint Airbnb. I explained to Cedric that we needed the bedlinen, but me and my family would be gone all day to Disneyland, and I need him to deliver it in the evening to us, and that I told them specifically not to enter property, because I was worried that he would tamper with our belongings due to the way that he was communicating about my complaint. He seems like the kind of person to do things out of spite. Shortly after, I found that he entered the property (today) against my wishes and without my permission and changed all the bedlinen. Although I appreciate the bedlinen changed, in the process, he took one of our personal bedsheets that was not his property. We had a silk bedsheet that was needed for one of our family members as they are allergic to the cotton linen. Iâve been trying to contact him for a few hours now and he is unresponsive. And now this is a security concern with Airbnb, because of two reasons, he took one of our personal belongings, and entered into the property without permission, which is a huge security concern for me and my family, and we feel unsafe, knowing that he can enter again any time he chooses to. The entire experience has been terrible because of the way that Cedric has dealt with the issue. He doesnât care about the problem and doesnât care about us at all. In fact, he even said that I was a liar when I told him, the bed sheets were dirty.

Il ne mâa pas rĂ©pondu, mais miraculeusement, lâĂ©quipe mâa contactĂ© le lundi. AprĂšs neuf jours dâattente, ils mâont enfin proposĂ© un appel⊠mais en mâimposant un crĂ©neau, deux jours plus tard.
Aucune rĂ©servation pendant un mois Jâai laissĂ© mon appartement ouvert aux rĂ©servations pendant plus dâun mois. RĂ©sultat ? ZĂ©ro demande. Les seules interactions quâils ont eues avec des prospects ont Ă©tĂ© des erreurs, comme informer les voyageurs quâil y avait un ascenseur alors quâil nây en a pas. Explications incohĂ©rentes Lorsque je leur ai demandĂ© pourquoi il nây avait pas de rĂ©servations, ils mâont sorti une excuse incohĂ©rente : âPour une nouvelle annonce, il est toujours plus difficile de se dĂ©marquer.â Sauf que mon appartement avait dĂ©jĂ 19 avis et avait Ă©tĂ© louĂ© plus de 22 fois. Je leur ai fait remarquer que cet argument ne tenait pas la route⊠et je nâai jamais eu de rĂ©ponse.

Pas une seule mention du montant dĂ», pas de facture en piĂšce jointe, rien. AprĂšs quelques recherches de mon cotĂ©, il sâest avĂ©rĂ© quâils mâavaient demandĂ© par mail quâil y avait un mauvais paramĂ©trage dans la plateforme airbnb et que je leur devais 15 euros (ils ont jamais fait de facture, ni joint un rib pour le paiement de cette somme). Visiblement, en plus de gĂ©rer les voyageurs et les prix, je devais aussi mâoccuper de leur comptabilitĂ©.
Jâai dĂ©pensĂ© 382 euros pour deux mĂ©nages et un manque Ă gagner sur tout le mois dâaoĂ»t, Ă cause dâune gestion catastrophique et dâune communication inexistante.
