I purchased a pair of shoes from this store in May after reading many positive reviews online. Unfortunately, after just one month of wear (wearing them about five times in Paris) both soles detached.
I returned to the store to request a repair and was advised to contact customer service. I reached out in June (noting their promise to respond within 48–72 hours), and after submitting the required information, including photos, I was informed that a replacement pair would be sent at the beginning of July, along with a tracking link.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the tracking information or any further communication from the customer service team. It has now been several weeks without a response.
After reviewing more recent customer feedback, it seems others have experienced similar issues regarding product quality and a lack of responsiveness from customer service.
I urge the company to take this feedback seriously and to improve both the durability of their products and the professionalism of their customer support.
At the current price of €118, I do not believe these shoes offer good value and cannot recommend...
Read moreI took my wife to this store on Sep 5th. We had come to France for a two week vacation and this place was on my wife’s list as a must. We came from across town in Montmartre to see the shoes only to have the rudest encounter we have had in 15 years of traveling the world. It was a younger tall blonde girl. She was so cold and unwelcoming. She kept telling my wife that she didn’t have sizes without even checking. Then when my wife insisted, she brought out one shoe for her to try while another group had both shoes. We thought it was odd. Then while the other group was trying a pair, she mentioned to be careful with their phone because Paris is full of pickpockets. We were so offended and it took everything in me to not tell that miserable little troll off. The owner should rethink her employment. We were planing on buying a few pairs and left frustrated with her attitude towards us. She needs to rethink her life, she is a miserable woman and should not be working in customer service. I was talking to Ola, and Heloise chimed in with a No. She also was considerably stressed out about a piece missing from the credit card reader, and without asking, rummaged through the outer pocket of my purse, insisting that it could have flown across the counter and into my bag resting on the floor. There was many people in the store but she appeared fixated on only the missing piece. Her presence made me uncomfortable.
