Amazing experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere truly made us feel like we were in Tokyo. This is real traditional Japanese food — no Western twists, just authentic, high-quality dishes. Thank you for keeping it true to the roots! We had more than enough to eat (plus sake!) and paid €240 for two, which is totally fair for the quality and experience. Honestly, worth every cent. We had a lot of THON GRAS and other more expensive items which probably made more expensive than usual. If I’m being very picky, I’d just say the sushi rice was a bit too moist and didn’t hold together perfectly — though the flavor was fantastic. I noticed some reviews mention dry rice, but ours was the opposite: fresh and tasty, just slightly loose. And big shout out to the waitress, she was so kind and nice, super fun and we spent some time talking to her. She's been there for 7 years and truly enjoys her job. Still, highly recommended if you’re looking for genuine Japanese cuisine and top-notch service. A real culinary experience!

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend who is a native of the Land of the Rising Sun. I made a reservation without hesitation and chose a seat at the counter, where I had the chance to witness the chefs' meticulous gestures up close. I felt as if I had been transported back to Japan through both the dishes and the restaurant's atmosphere. The fish is fresh and delicious, and the service is polite and very pleasant. The prices are reasonable. Everything was flawless there’s nothing to complain about. I highly recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is often fully booked due to its well-deserved success. However, if you book about a week in advance, you should have no trouble securing a table.

I came across this small place but there was no availability at the time. So I reserved my place on the counter in front of the chefs, it was a spectacle to watch how the food is being prepared. Prices are not cheap but experience is nice, and I felt like the rice in the maki a bit undercooked, but it should be the same rice for everything. Here a few picture from the midi-menu and the concombre algue salad. Arrigota gozaimasu! Afiyet Olsun

Caveat to my sentiment: I've lived in New York and LA, and traveled to Japan. I absolutely LOVE sushi. And I have pretty high standards for sushi. When I booked this place, Google rated it 4.7 stars, so I came here with high hopes.

I'm really surprised and confused by the glowing reviews for this place. And the only way I can explain it is that Paris isn't a sushi place, and people around here don't know good sushi. There I said it.

The nigiri was not good -- fish pieces were way too big, rice fell apart, and some of the fish had bad flavor (especially the uni and unagi) The service was kind of okay. But I don't think these folks are actually familiar with Japanese customs and sushi preparation and service. Very expensive for not...
