I have an excess of beautiful scarves, gloves, shoes, boots and other accoutrements so I have no desire to shop for clothing or accessories. My one & only reason for visiting Galeries Lafayette is to visit their building devoted to good — it’s a wonderland !! Three floors of unimaginable treats & goodies. I can’t remember the store’s name but it’s located at the very end to your left in the 2nd floor. I not only bought my favorite goose foie gras (3 glass jars) but also one of duck foie gras. I’ve already had and enjoyed their package of 3 duck “medallions” of duck with foie gras and I’m planning to return to the store to buy a few more packages to bring home with me. Their cheese selections seem to be never ending!! There’s a store which carries an abundance of different salt from various places around the world as well as spices. Dior sales staff at Galeries Lafayette is a lot more welcoming and professional compared to the Dior staff at Le Printemps Paris.

Especially the mens shoes at galeries lafayette have very professional salespeople who are always there to listen to the customer.

Whereas at Printemps Paris the salespeople are extremely snobbish and rude across ready to wear, shoes, men and women. I geberally recommend Galeries lafayette if you are looking to shop for mens dior products. Even Dior's own stores ay avenue momtagne don't have such friendly and professional salespeople. However be cautious when you buy dior's products because in case you meed repairs or after sales service dior doesn't really have any proper service and on top of that they exploit the legal guarantees consumers have under the french consumer law.

We have great service at LOEWE(5 stars), but the customer service counter at the third floor makes us feel upset. One black woman staff(we don't know her name) (1 stars for this comment's reason) very rude to us. And she smiles at every other customers but only show badly face to our Asians. We think it's not a service mood in Galeries Lafayette. I want to ask an event about other parter with Lafayette, but I haven't show her the page and she already tells me they don't know. They don't have it. Finally, an Asian woman staff come to help us, and we really appreciate her(5 stars). She helps us to solve the problem and told us where can we participate the event.Really...
