It was the worst shopping experience in my life. Few weeks ago I bought a jacket and a few T-shirts here and when I left the mall, the anti-shoplifting alarm was set off and I stopped at the entrance immediately. However, the security guards (I believe they are African French) treated me violently and I was treated like a thief and brought into the security room by several guards. I let them search my pockets and backpack, and of course they found nothing as I didnât steal anything. However, it was like an interrogation and one of them said âyou Chinese are thief and I donât think you are innocentâ. At the end they found out one of the tags was not removed from the T-shirt and thatâs why the alarm was set off. And there was no apology by the guards. My trip in Paris was ruined by this incident, and I was so disappointed of being treated like this. I hope this kind of incidents will never...

The staff is the worse Iâve ever encountered No one takes care of the merchandise They have no idea about the product they are selling or the sizes Clearly only here for the show I was running around the store asking if someone could actually go to the cashier but clearly the staff was more interested in talking or dancing with each other! To top it all I chose to have a recipe by mail and never got it and now I have to go to this store in particular to deal with the problem.
Go to the one in chatlet instead at least the staff there is more friendly...

JâĂ©tais censĂ© rĂ©cupĂ©rer la paire le 16-11-2024. Aucune nouvelle jusquâĂ hier ou je me suis rendue sur place pour vĂ©rifier la disponibilitĂ© de la chaussure. Effectivement elles Ă©taient prĂȘte. En la rĂ©cupĂ©rant jâai vĂ©rifier lâĂ©tat de la chaussure qui nâavait finalement rien subit en terme nettoyage la tache noir Ă©tait encore visible moins prononcĂ© mais visible. LâintĂ©rieur et lâextĂ©rieur nâont pas Ă©tait fait et la semelle encore moins. Je nâavais pas le temps mais jâai exprimer mon mĂ©contentement au monsieur (trĂšs gentil dâailleurs) qui mâa proposĂ© de repasser plus tard malheureusement je nâen ai pas lâoccasion jusquâĂ la semaine prochaine. Jâai donc prit la paire et suis retournĂ©e travailler. En rentrant chez moi le soir je sors la paire pour la montre Ă mon conjoint en la prenant dans les mains la paire Ă©tait dans un sale Ă©tat le daim est tout granuleux, il a constatĂ© que le nettoyage nâavait pas Ă©tait fait comme il Ă©tait prĂ©vu et surtout que la paire Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat pire que quand nous lâavions dĂ©posĂ©. Je suis extrĂȘmement déçu jâai contactĂ© lâaccueil tĂ©lĂ©phonique ce jour qui malheureusement ne peux rien faire pour moi dans ma situation. Jâai perdu 120⏠prix de la paire + 39⏠la restauration. Aucune solution ne mâa Ă©tait proposĂ© Ă part revenir plus tard. Jâessayerai de repasser la semaine prochaine mais je dĂ©conseille fortement ce service. Es que câest de la malchance et que je suis la seule Ă qui câest arrivĂ© ?
