My friend and I called to ask if they had availabilities last minute and they agreed, which was a great news. The day we arrived, we sat in the chair described in more details what we wanted, on top of what we had discussed over the phone. The staff started to speak a lot in french between themselves with disregards looks on our hair… at first we thought they were maybe less comfortable in english, however they did explained in english that for some reason what we wanted was not doable (or they did not wanted to do it, not sure). We tried to communicate to understand why we had agreed over the phone and why now once in the chair we had a no, the staff just continued to speak more french and say again it was not possible. After 20minutes of feeling disregarded we finally decided to leave. I hope this experience will not reiterate for other people, the other client’s hair looked pretty, but unfortunately we lost time and felt disrespected throughout the entire time within that hair salon. I hope the staff does not treat the international clients differently because they do not...

I discovered this salon via IG and I am forever grateful I went!! Margaux is a magician with colour and cut. I love how Lea, Jean Jacques and Margaux form an amazing team of colorists and stylists.

I had a very bad experience in NYC where I live and Margaux and team brought me back to my natural color (my hair was turning green badly damaged in NYC).

Lea and her team do superb work! They're extremely conscientious and take great care to ensure that the client is fully satisfied. I'll admit, I was a little nervous at my first appointment just because it was my first time getting highlights, but shortly after arriving, I quickly felt at ease thanks to their explanations and unpretentious reassurance. What a great salon, one that I'll surely go to each and every time...
