Terrible customer service by one employee. After asking for a facture to be corrected (I needed the facture to show in the name of a company for tax return purposes) the employee accused me of doing things illegally. I told him I have gotten the facture as I need it many times including that same store. Instead of informing himself, he continued accusing me and said many times “that’s the problem when people like you want to do illegal things”. He was extremely disrespectful. Nous sommes venus ce samedi en fin d'après-midi avons été très bien accueillis par toute l'équipe sauf la seule femme vendeuse, j'avais clairement de déranger à plusieurs reprises.

D'abord, ça commence mal, mon coinjoint essaye une taille qui ne va pas, je vais donc la voir car elle était disponible, directement elle me dit "Par contre il y a mon collègue aux cabines" alors qu'il n'y avait personne au moment où j'y étais, et quand bien même il s'agirait d'être un minimum cordial dans la manière de le dire.

Ensuite, nous cherchions une couleur en particulier, elle me dit "nous n'en avons plus en 42", j'allais donc lui demander si elle n'avait pas une autre taille juste pour voir la couleur, mais j'avais à peine commencé ma phrase elle m'a directement coupé la parole en me disant "comme je viens de vous le dire je n'en ai plus", d'une manière très désagréable. Nous sommes allés voir son collègue et ils en avaient bien en plus, nous l'avons même acheté.
