Bad experience in the store. Below is a picture of what seems to be a sink where you would normally wash you hands and have soaps that you cam try, after applying soap on my hands I tried to open the tap and no water came out, I was told it was a fake sink, I kindly asked if I could rinse my hands as I can be allergic to certain products especially if these are soaps which need to be appropriately rinsed, the person on the counter refused to allow me to rinse my hands even after I asked 3 times that I need to be careful with certain products and needed to rinse my hands urgently. Very unhelpful, don’t try to wash your hands in the sink if you think you can try the products, you will go home with sticky hands full of soap. Disappointed, decided not to purchase anything based on the bad experience.

I simply had to make a stop at Le Labo while in Paris—and the Saint-Germain location on Rue de Bourbon le Château did not disappoint. From the moment I stepped inside, the experience was incredible. The space itself is beautifully designed—chic, warm, and unmistakably Parisian. The staff here went above and beyond. Not only were they kind and welcoming, but they also shared some insider tips and tricks about Le Labo that I’d never heard before, making the visit feel even more special. If you’re in Paris, this location is an absolute must. Whether you’re a longtime fan or discovering Le Labo for the first time, there’s something magical about experiencing it here, in the heart of the 6th arrondissement.

First time in Paris so it was my first time being able to go to a Le Labo store in person! The lady working there was very patient and informative and answered all of my questions even if they were silly ones! She spoke in English and gave me time & space to think about my decisions, which I appreciated a lot too! Overall a very pleasant experience and hope to visit again if I ever come back to Paris :) Merci beaucoup to Megane!

Just shopped here for a 100ml bottle of Bergamote 22 - Nice store and decent customer service BUT still shocked when they said you can't have any samples with your purchase as we charge for samples! Having shopped from many high end perfume houses this is the first time ever I heard we can only give one free sample as you have to pay for samples. Same night at Creed they were generous enough to let me have two samples and at Diptyque as well to have 3 samples without even asking for one and without any perfume purchase. Recent purchase at Guerlain and they gave me 7 samples to go with purchase and kept asking if I need any more! When someone is buying such expensive perfumes from you please don't penny pinch on samples your customers always come back for more if they enjoy the sample! The lady said this is company policy well then it's a bad...
