Today, around 3:00 PM French time, I visited your store with my wife. I wanted to buy a perfume from the men’s perfume section, and I sprayed some testers to try the famous brands. When I reached the Armani section, a massive black man, who I believe was a security guard, passed through the narrow space between me and the perfumes, despite there being little room. This made me feel as though his intention was to intimidate me. Although I had entered the section with the intention of purchasing something, I immediately called out to my wife and left.

My appearance is that of a traveling tourist, with a backpack, wearing sweatpants and sneakers for comfort while walking. Perhaps because of my appearance, or because I was on holiday and had a grown-out beard, I later felt like I was being seen as a thief, and this deeply offended me. This is very shameful.

I do not recommend this place to others who come to shop here, because of this rude individual. In my culture, it is highly disrespectful to judge people based on their appearance or to push past them as a show of force, especially toward a guest.

I will never come back or make any purchases from any of your stores again.

There’s a staff there, I meet her 3times when I go there with her when I ask for a lipstick there’re always the same answer ( il n’y a plus ce color ) but fortunately the last time I went on 4 October 2025 there another new staff I never met there before come to me and ask me if I need anything so I said I’m looking for a lipstick but this color is out of stock suddenly the new lady told me ( no no I just saw it this afternoon I will looking for you) and finally it exactly still in stock I finally realize I went there to buy and pay you money but every time I went there she always told me that out of stock ( to be exact 3 lipstick different color are out of stock when I met her but with other lady 2 were found. La pire expérience de ma vie Hier après-midi, j'ai vécu une situation extrêmement choquante dans votre magasin Nocibé. Un agent de sécurité s'est permis de m'agresser verbalement, se présentant à tort comme le responsable du magasin. Son comportement a été particulièrement agressif, au point de frôler la violence physique, et cela pour un simple malentendu lié à un échantillon de parfum.

Heureusement, j'ai pu m'entretenir avec la véritable responsable du magasin, qui était calme et visiblement dépassée par la situation. Elle a pris le temps de m'écouter et de m'informer, et je la remercie pour son professionnalisme face à un incident aussi absurde.

Néanmoins, ce qui me marque profondément, c'est l'attitude dangereuse et inacceptable de cet agent de sécurité envers une cliente. Physiquement identifiable, il s'agit d'un homme très grand, noir, et présentant un regard légèrement dévié. Ce dernier, en plus de proférer des accusations infondées, a continué à hausser la voix de manière menaçante. Il est même allé jusqu'à me questionner sur mon âge dans une tentative absurde de justifier son comportement violent et méprisant.

Malgré mon calme et ma volonté de comprendre, son comportement est resté agressif et injustifié, au point que d'autres agents ont dû intervenir pour tenter de le calmer. Je ne comprends pas comment une telle attitude peut être tolérée dans un environnement commercial censé offrir sécurité et respect à ses clients.

Je tiens à préciser que cet individu, par son comportement inacceptable, porte gravement atteinte à l'image de votre enseigne. Il a déjà été mentionné à plusieurs reprises dans les commentaires que cet agent adopte un comportement problématique. Alors, qu'attendez-vous pour prendre les mesures nécessaires ?

Cette expérience est profondément décevante et traumatisante. Si aucune action n'est prise concernant cet agent, je n'hésiterai pas à signaler cet incident aux autorités compétentes et à m'abstenir définitivement de fréquenter...
