What happend? This has been the worst experience of my live visiting a store. My daughter and I visited the Sephora at Saint Michel. My daughter’s first visit here, which she had looked forward to. We decided to by a brush collection kit priced 18,19€. Up the stairs my daughter dropped the packet and the cover teared a little. We still wanted to by the product at went to pay. Here the price was 22,67€. I told them the mistake in price, but they said no. My daughter (9 years) didn’t have the money for it, so we agreed with the cashier to leave. On our way out the store we were called back. I thought that they had changed their mind on the price, as I was told that the manager were called. We went back and was met by an insisting manager. She was set on us paying, for the ‘broken’ product. I told her that we gladly would pay the price that they had listed. But she wanted the other price. Then she threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. The hole experience was awful and my daughter at 9 was scared. We then payed, but then the manager Sarah then teared of the instruction label and gave the product to my daughter, now in two pieces. I asked for a back, which then was given to me with and angry attitude, as if we didn’t deserved at good treatment. I am horrified of the service of the staff and that they could treat and customer like that. I hope Sefhora will rise to the occasion and correct the mistakes of this shop. After our visit here, we walked by another Sephora nearby at Germain street. I couldn’t help but go in and ask about their policy on ‘broken’ products. They as well was horrified by our experience and told us that it would have never happened in there store. Thanks to the ladies in the Saint-Germain store, my daughter could again smile and go on with our visit in Paris, the city of love. /Pia

I received excellent assistance from two employees at the store. Unfortunately, I forgot to get their names, but both provided outstanding service, both in helping me choose the product and during the checkout process. I saw many negative comments, but I decided to visit the store anyway, and I don’t regret it.
