Loved this! Don't expect American style burgers or you might be disappointed. They have an Asian twist, and they come in a bun that is like a bao, super soft and fluffy. I tried their beef bulgogi one and the meat came shreded as it would come in a bulgogi portion. It was lovely. We ordered the lunch menu that came with a side and a drink. Portion of fries was big, and I had one of their homemade lemonades and it was great. Not only food tasted good, but also the place looks cool, with lots of drawings, really cool for Dragon Ball fans! The drawings are done by one of the staff members who was simply amazing. He was super friendly, he made the effort to talk some Spanish with us, we forgot to mention that my 3 year old nephew is allergic to egg when it's not cooked when we ordered the kids burger and it came with mayo, and he changed it so quickly and he was super helpful. He was running around to serve everyone quickly and honestly he gave exceptional service! So the whole experience was great! It's also super close to Notre Dame so...
Read moreNow here's a surprise. This mega-touristy area is probably one of the last where you'd expect a positive culinary surprise, but here we are. Burgers with a Korean spin. So of course you need to try the Bulgogi Burger, let's assume the others are on there so the menu don't look that empty. The meat on it is awesomely tasty, rest could still garner some style points but didn't make this anything less than one heck of a tasty burger. Kimchi was maybe not the best I've ever eaten but delicious and the fries pretty good too. Had the chili-mayo which was very nice, should have tried the Wasabi-mayo though. So give this a shot, ideally off peak hours since the tables inside (no open air area) are pretty crammed. But what do you expect in this expensive-rent area. Overall a really nice find in this area. Five stars, with just a few minor deductions in the artistic part (though when was the last time you ate your burger from an Asian food basket and your fries with chopsticks? So yeah, that makes more...
Read moreThis restaurant has a very nice interior and the music is very throw-back. We ordered a shiso burger and an ebi burger with an order of fries. They have a decent selection of Japanese beers here, including Kirin brand beer. There is a lunch special during the weekdays where you can order any burger with fries and a drink or tea for 15€. I loved the ebi burger and the fries with ketchup-mayo were pretty decent. However, the shiso burger was subpar, having the same condiment and toppings as the ebi burger. The shiso burger left a subtle, but unpleasant fishy aftertaste. The service here is not great. The waitresses didn’t make eye contact with us and it took a while to get their attention to place an order. I wouldn’t hate coming back, but I definitely would not come back on a Sunday and I wouldn’t order their signature burger again. Overall, I would say I had an okay experience here. It wasn’t amazing and the food didn’t make me feel like a baby bird...
