In a city as large and beautiful as Paris, it can be difficult deciding where to base your accommodations. I’ve always enjoyed staying near the Notre Dame, for obvious reasons, but had yet to stay at Les Rives de Notre Dame until this last weekend 5/28/22. I spoke with a few other guests, and everyone had the same experience. We were blown away. An entire remodel has left this 300 year old establishment in elite shape. Especially want to mention that the showers have amazing pressure and even me standing at 6’4” (194cm), had plenty of room. That’s rare. But to tell you the truth, the real reason Les Rives de Notre Dame is a MUST STAY, the staff. No question. It’s a relatively small team that pairs wells with this historic 10 room private hotel, about 10 revolving staff will make you feel welcome beyond your imagination. At no time during my stay in Paris would I have wanted to stay anywhere else. I’d come back anytime, for any occasion. Work, romance, wandering, family holiday,-Les Rives de Notre Dame will not let you down!

Boutique hotel exudes charm. Staff is attentive beyond measure. Location was perfect for our needs: near the train and buses, view of Notre Dame and the Seine from our window, Latin Quarter out the back door. Room was smallish but comfortable, with mini fridge, tub-shower, elevator. Breakfast was tasty with sliced meats and cheeses, cereal, breads, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea. There was even an egg boiler, which I'd never seen. The breakfast nook was special and cozy, being in the second basement, with five small tables set for two.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning, warm showers, a spacious safe, and a fridge stocked with beverages and snacks. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. We also appreciated that the front door locks after hours, which made us feel extra secure. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the road noise at night could be a bit loud.

If you are looking for a luxury boutique hotel at the top location this is for sure the best one option with great value for money.

We stayed for a 5 nights in standard room which is more than comfortable for 2 people and of course reaches high cleanliness standards. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all amenities what you would need. Noise isolation is great.

What makes this hotel much attractive is the service. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Dino and team doing their work very professional, high standard of service is guaranteed. They take care of all your needs and wishes, make your stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Value for money is great because you get to location, newly renovated luxury room and high standards of service.

Pay attention that the hotel is newly renovated and reviews from 2021 and earlier are not representative. Also people who are not travelling often would say that the hotel is expensive, but for Paris and for this type of hotel and service the price is low.

Also with direct booking you can get much better price so use direct website instead of online travel agencies which take commission and...

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a fantastic, friendly staff who really work to ensure you have a great stay (thank you Eliza, Dino and Sophie!). The place is utterly charming and located right on the Seine. Seeing the city come to life and watching the bouquinistes (book sellers) set up in the morning was a rare opportunity and the view of Notre Dame is amazing. The hotel and the neighborhood are steeped in history. The light-filled rooms are bigger than most in Paris and beautifully appointed - as are the bathrooms (which include an excellent shower). The coffee and tea facilities were MUCH appreciated. Paris is very walkable and the central location makes it easy to explore neighborhoods such as St. Germain des Pres on the left bank or cross île de la Cité to the Marais on the right bank. The RERB metro, which will take you to and from CDG airport for about 12 euros, is steps away from the entrance. One of the best hotels I've ever been fortunate enough to stay in - a truly luxurious experience at a very reasonable rate. I...

It was my birthday trip to Paris and my husband chose this boutique hotel. What a gem! It’s across from Notre Dame with lovely views from our bedroom window. The room was large and comfortable. As it was almost Christmas, there were two Christmas markets nearby, one in a park across from the cathedral and one on the side near the metro. It’s well situated for access and behind the hotel are some superb restaurants, too many to try in four days. We chose breakfast every day for €18 each and it was a selection of croissants, baguette, cereals, cold meats and cheeses and fruits. Soft boiled eggs and other cold selection. Dishes were refilled by the lady overseeing the breakfast. I would stay again.|We were told on arrival that the film Breathless with Jean- Paul Belmondo was filmed there in the 60’s but alas it didn’t mean anything as never heard of either. As guests arrived, they were told the same but no one seems to have heard of it. There was a poster there to show the film. I think people choose the hotel for its location rather than...
