Unfortunately I can’t give this hotel a five star review thanks to the arrogant receptionist I found on arrival on 9th April. |We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm and I kindly asked to check-in and the receptionist rudely asked whether I had read that on the website it was stated that check-in was at 2 pm? To which I replied that I was merely hoping the room would be ready. So we left the luggage at the hotel and went to have lunch. |We returned to the hotel at 2:45pm only to discover that our room was still not ready and that I was supposed to wait a further 20 minutes. To which I angrily replied that on the website it clearly stated that check-in was available at 2pm. The arrogant receptionist didn’t even apologise or make up for the inconvenience caused in any way at all. Appalling!!!!!|At which point we had no other option but to go sightseeing and return to check in when we were done. We returned to the hotel at about 8pm and finally checked in. The same arrogant receptionist gave me my keycard and without any form of pleasantry said “fourth floor”; no mention of a room number or anything. |I definitely think this receptionist is in the wrong job or maybe he should take lessons in how to be kind, pleasant and welcoming! This receptionist was working on both Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th April. Apart from this very unpleasant encounter, all of the other receptionists, including the night receptionist, were very welcoming and friendly. |The location is excellent, literally halfway between Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. |It is very close to the Metro stations which are all within the walking distance. |The room was small but perfect for our three night stay. |I’m only very disappointed in the arrogance and unwelcoming receptionist that I was faced with upon arrival which in a way ruined the start of my birthday...
Read moreThis is a wonderful hotel. The location is ideal— a block away from the Charles de Gaulle Étoile (top of the champs Élysées) but on a very quiet, pretty street with no traffic. Near busses, metro stations and of course the Champs Élysées.|We stayed there from april 30 until May 5 in rooms 201 and 202. The rooms were superior doubles and they were just great. Not enormous but not too small like so many other small French hotels. Although 201 was close to the elevator, it was quiet all the time and we never heard the noise. It’s true the walls are a bit thin but you don’t really hear anything and everyone was respectful and quiet in the late and early hours. The beds were on the soft side but we were comfortable. Housekeepers were excellent and the rooms were cleaned impeccably every day. Every day when we came back, the rooms looked like we hadn’t been in them yet!|The staff were truly kind and thoughtful. Especially Vitaly and Ahmed and really all of them were so nice to us and helpful and efficient in providing anything we asked. |The breakfast was fine- nothing spectacular but solid and fresh food. The breakfast room is kind of small so make sure you get there early. Even so, the wait isn’t that long. The waiters were also friendly and helpful- they will make you any kind of omelette and bring your coffee just so. If I had to stretch for something bad then I’d say the carpets were a little old but the rooms were so clean that we didn’t really care. The water pressure was strong in the shower and the toiletries were nice and plentiful. |The lobby was elegant and pretty. A lovely little French hotel with a lot of charm. I’d happily go back there and recommend highly. Thank you for a...
Read moreI will leave my reference of this hotel, Greetings from Mexico
I booked 5 days here recently and everything was excellent, everything was perfect! He highlighted 100% the attention of his staff, they are very cordial, polite, friendly and helpful. In my family we were super satisfied with the attention. The hotel is super nice, it meets everything you need, a hotel with a bathtub, very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast service, the reception is super good, and I loved the style of the hotel. Another of its strong points is how central it is! About 3 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and also close to the Eiffel Tower, about 15 minutes. You have all the necessary services super close, banks, attractions, places to eat, the subway.
I can say that we were impressed with absolutely everything. And very grateful to each and every one of their employees. The 3 people I saw at reception were wonderful. A special thanks to Ahmed (I hope I wrote it correctly) who was super cool and helpful. Also for the 2 boys that I had to see in the breakfast service. Wonderful! The maids also always did their job very well and were friendly.
Everything was perfect! I swear and I highly recommend it if you plan to stay at this hotel, don't think about it, its quality and treatment with the guest is a guarantee 🙌🏽
By far, everyone gets a perfect...
