Right off the bat, the lack of communication and empathy this salon demonstrates immediately knocks my rating to a 1. Yesterday was my sister and I's last day in paris, she was so exited to chop off over 33 cm of her hair. To start, the haircut itself was rushed and uneven. As my sister was clarifying exactly what she wanted (including photos and hand demonstrations) the stylist became frustrated and handed my sister (the client) the tools to just do it herself. 4 times my sister pointed to her chin and bangs asking for longer face framing, instead they were rushed and cut right above the tip of her nose.

Nevermind the haircut, but the way she was treated was downright disrespectful and distasteful. The stylist was aggressive with hairpulling and using extremely high heat near her scalp (I saw her wincing in pain). When she told the stylist during the appointment that it felt uneven, instead of consoling and correcting, she starting yelling at her co-worker about how my sister was difficult. She then stated, "she wasn't done", but the only thing she did after was run the bangs through a straightener.

We were beyond excited to promote this salon, but honestly, the results and the service was unbelievably...

Horrifying results. absolutely ruined my hair I went to this location for a simple clean up for the mess, and I absolutely am furious about the results. As it turns out, (which i found out later through checking the website to figure out why the haircut was so amateur) I was assigned to the trainee (apprentice), who evidently did not have any idea how to cut hair. She cut my hair very carlessly, and i am left with countless unevenness and started texturizing my hair even though i did not ask her to, and then when she tried to cut my front which i told her i didn’t want to cut, it was too late and she had already taken a big chunk out of the front. It looked fine at the shop but then I took a shower and found out it was a disaster. If you’re going to go here, make sure you’re not assigned to the apprentice. Considering the amount you will pay here, you may as well let your friend cut your hair. Safe to say I am never...

I called and booked a wedding hair updo appointment for my wedding that day!!, when I arrived they said I was booked in for a blow dry. After some discussion they reassured me that the manager can help me and I’ll have the hairdo I wanted. I trusted the process but after 1h I left with a look that wasn’t anywhere near what I asked (they created volume only to flatten it in my head, I wanted a romantic updo with some loose bits and the result was sleek with no volume) and to make it worse the hair became loose at the back after 10minutes.
