Word of caution - make sure you ask for all the relevant terms prior to making a purchase here.

This review is not a reflection of the products at this store, which generally are quite nice, but a reflection of the extremely frustrating customer service I received. I made a purchase here, and at the time, their website unequivocally stated that they would refund return items withing 14 days of purchase. When I attempted to return my ring to the store, they said that the return policy applied to online purchases, not in-store. They did not inform me of this distinction prior to my purchase and they refused a refund (though they did offer an in-store credit).

To me, the fact that they are adhering to a misleading policy has been extremely frustrating and underhanded. I also note that they have updated their terms on their website to clarify this issue, but are not willing to admit that the policy as it stood when I made my purchase...

Service was so so, definitely a bit of an attitude from the older woman with glasses in the shop. The reason that I am granting this shop 1 star is that they significantly over charge for items that you can buy from the designers directly online. I paid nearly 192EUR over what the designer is charging by purchasing at White Bird . Had I done my research earlier, I would not pay such premiums!
