As someone who has purchased Le Labo products many times before, I walked into this store expecting the same high level of service and respect that should come with a premium brand. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling extremely disappointed and disheartened.
Without asking for my opinion or consent, the staff printed a name on the bottle without checking with me — a detail that is personal and should never be assumed. Even more upsetting was the subtle but undeniable discrimination I felt as an Asian customer. While the staff attempted to smile, it was clear that their attitude was forced, cold, and far from genuinely welcoming.
I left the store feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and completely let down. This was not just poor service — it felt like I was being judged or treated differently because of who I am.
I’ve supported Le Labo for a long time, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I want to continue doing so. No customer should be made to feel less than, especially by a brand that claims to value individuality and authenticity.

When you buy a perfume they will make immediately for you, and that’s why you have to wait for several days before using and they should provide the small sample for you to use when waiting. But the staff didn’t give me. On contrary, another group of guests, the manager offers that directly. The manager who made perfume just acting like she hates everyone who does’t look like Caucasian.
