The korean black-haired woman and the blond woman were awful. I definitely don’t recommend you this store. Not because you sell expensive things that you have to look down upon us please learn to be humble. From the entry in the shop until the end of our shop tour they did not even show their faces it was like they were no staff. Then when we decided to leave they both ran to us to check if we stole anything. Both women looked down upon us with a disgust face even when i told her it was probably something i bought somewhere else and that she could check in my bag if she wants. It was such an awkward moment because the women weren’t saying anything i don’t know what they expected us to do since we did not steal anything. They were just awful and based on other reviews on this shop’s staff it doesn’t...

After viewing some of the reviews, I felt a bit intimidated to visit the store — but I was on a mission to buy a new purse. When I entered, I was greeted by two sales women. Both were friendly. I forgot the name of the woman helping me, but she had pink hair and was helpful the entire visit.

I can see why other customers may have misunderstood the staff’s behaviour. I more found the other sales staff giving space, and ready to help if you needed something. Imagine if someone followed you around the store — that would be so uncomfortable.

Anyway, I am happy with my experience and so in love with my new bag + gifted coffee table...
