The worst store I’ve ever been to in Germany – an absolute disaster. The dark-brown-haired employee wearing a beige cardigan was incredibly rude and disrespectful. During the checkout process, not a single word(except for ___euro.), no eye contact, no greeting – instead, she let out a deliberate, yawn right in the middle of the interaction. I’ve never experienced anything like that in Germany before. Do Germans usually yawn loudly in front of customers? SERIOUSLY? While the employee was putting the keychains I purchased into a paper bag, she yawned so loudly that the item even fell off the counter. Her movements were rough and careless, as if she were reluctantly forcing herself to do something she found utterly bothersome. What made the situation even worse was that I clearly noticed how she treated white female customers with a smile and a friendly tone, while showing open indifference and obvious disdain toward us Asian customers. Even when I greeted her in German, her attitude didn’t change. It was simply discriminatory and unacceptable. Ampelmann may be a charming symbol of Berlin, but this shop—with its staff—showed the exact opposite. A disgrace to the brand and to Berlin. I will never step foot in this store again.

Charming place with lots of nice ampelmann, and other things, souvenirs. The selection is wide with varied price ranges, and the quality is pretty good. It's located in a hidden lovely alley near the Hackescher market. The vendor is kind and available to explain and provide advice.

One of the prettiest Ampelmann shop I have been too in Berlin! Located in Hackesche Höfe. It might be slightly difficult to find as it is located in a secluded corner.

The service here is really amazing! The manager of the store was able to help me exchange sizes for shirt that I received as a present. And even though they have rules regarding how these transactions are handled she went out of her way to find a solution that worked. She didn't have to and it was even relatively busy when she took the time to help me. I'm very grateful and would definitely recommend anyone visiting Berlin to go here for souvenirs and...

Yes this is a souvenir store, but the ampelmann is an interesting Berlin niche concept based on traffic light symbols!

The items in teh shop were made to a high quality and there was some really interesting items... Much better than a magnet or keyring.

The staff were friendly and knew the product history . Well...
