Madame Tussauds Berlin — Local services in Berlin

Visited on Saturday afternoon after a long day with the kids. Almost swamped by other incoming guests before we got in the door, and definitely swamped after we got in. Chancellor Merkel was a choke point, as was the split between the other celebrities just before we got to her. I would strongly encourage keeping small kids in a stroller or pram, because if today was anything to go by... it took no time for them to separate from us in the throng of people who had no care or consideration for anyone around them. And in many cases for some of the infamous exhibits... don't bother trying for photos because everyone else just barged in front and prevented the kids getting anywhere near enough to see. I appreciate that today could have been exceptional to the normal, but... two things the family and i took away from our visit... Bookings don't mean much if you're crammed into auch a small space with dozens of other people. I'd much prefer to not get in, or delay the visit, because of no available time slots than get in and regret paying for the experience because there are so many other people inside. To get your moneys worth out of the experience... definitely don't go on a Saturday of a long weekend. Not sure if this compounded the disappointment we faced, but its worth taking note of, especially if you want to spend time to get a few selfies or subject shots...

Overall expirience was amazing. Pros: You can touch and pose with figures, Figures are really life like, There are a lot of props to use while posing (and they are free), Wide range of famous people, Star Wars section is incredible, extremly detailed and well made, Room atmosphete matches displayed figures.

Mishaps: There are few figures which you can't photo yourself and you need to buy the print photo. Print photo is excellent quality but it's too expensive. They need to lower that price. But no worries, if you opt out you are missing much as those 2-3 payed photos are not of famous celebritys. Star Wars section (even tough it's amazing) should include: Qui Gon Jin, Mace Windu, Darth Sidious and Obi-Wan Kenobi (from either ep 3 or 4). Even tough I loved the SW section these guys were definetly missing. These 2 thing don't really bother me and really they shouldn't bother anyone.

Cons: I only have 2 complaints: 1.) Hitler is in a seperate cabin and you can't take a picture with him. You should be abel to take one with him. 2.) No wardrobe or jacket hangers and you need to cary your jacket with you. This is a major flew in a almost perfect museum and should be fixed as soon as possible.

Overall rating: 9/10 Jacket thing...

I had an amazing experience at Madame Tussauds Berlin, thanks to the incredible customer service from Kenny and Shervin.

Right at the entrance, Kenny greeted me with such positive energy and great vibes. He asked if I’d ever been to a Madame Tussauds before, and when I said I’d visited the one in London, he joked that while Berlin's wasn’t as big, the figures here were of even better quality. You don’t always come across such enthusiastic and welcoming staff, so I really appreciated Kenny’s warmth and humor.

Later, while I was exploring the museum, I bumped into Shervin. From the moment we met, he was so friendly and engaging. He asked where I was from, and when I asked him the same, I was super impressed by how many languages he could speak! We got into a fun conversation about the Assassin's Creed movie, and he shared some fantastic facts that I didn’t know. Shervin really made my visit memorable, and I was genuinely sad when I had to finish my tour.

Overall, I was blown away by the top-notch customer service from both Kenny and Shervin. It really made my visit extra special, and I’ll definitely be recommending Madame Tussauds Berlin to my friends. You guys are...
