I can't believe the audacity of this place! I ordered a large orange juice, but the incompetent server deliberately charged me for a small one. And when he saw that I caught his scam and got the large size, he had the nerve to demand the price difference! Like, seriously?! Talk about a money-grabbing tactic.

To make matters worse, they don't even accept card payments for anything under 5€. So, we were forced to purchase a ridiculously overpriced 3€ water just to cover the cost of their blatant mistake. It's like they were scheming to rip off customers at every opportunity.

As if that wasn't enough, they managed to screw up our food order too! How hard is it to get a simple order right? It's beyond me. And apparently, we weren't the only ones suffering from their incompetence; our neighbors had the exact same issue. This place is a complete disaster, and I'm furious that I wasted my time and money on such a lousy establishment.

Avoid it...

Yesterday evening, there were problems with toilets opposite the coin slot was jammed, during the light festival. A staff member let three local able bodied German residents use the bathroom with his staff key. One person pushed in front of my disabled partner. I had asked for my partner who has a disability to use to toilets, when it CLEARLY says on the toilet that a disabled person can ask to use the staff key. The staff member refused and left my partner suffering. There were no other toilets anywhere nearby.

Sie servierten Orangensaft mit toten Bienen darin

Heute habe ich in dieser Bar frisch gepressten Orangensaft bestellt. Zuerst wollte er bar bezahlen, da er 4 € kostete und er Kartenzahlungen nur über 5 € akzeptierte. Das ist ok, aber dann wimmelte es aus dem Saftautomaten von Bienen. Der Typ schaltete die Saftpresse nicht ein und gab mir den Saft, der schon lange vorher in der Maschine gelagert worden war. Der Ernstfall geschah, als eine Biene ins Glas fiel. Er nahm das Glas mit in den Laden und gab mir dasselbe, indem er die Biene mit bloßen Händen herausnahm. Das war wirklich ekelhaft und verstörend, da es sehr ungesund und inakzeptabel war. Ich würde diesen Ort niemals empfehlen, da es dort die schlechteste Hygiene beim Essen gibt.

Today I ordered a freshly pressed orange juice at this bar, firstly he asked me to pay by cash as it was 4€ and he only accepted card payment above 5€ that’s okay but then the juice machine was swarming with bees, the guy didn’t turned on the juice press and gave the juice already stored long before in the machine. The real thing happened when a bee fell in the glass and he took the glass into the shop and gave me the same thing by taking out the bee with bare hands. That was really disgusting and disturbing as that was very unhealthy and unacceptable. I would never recommend this place as its worst place for...
