Adlon To Go Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Berlin

Who couldn’t enjoy the nice coffee and delicious posh cake at Adlon’s Coffee to Go. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined after visiting the toilets. To get there from the cafe I had to walk through the huge luxurious lounge then down the beautiful marble staircase. At that point I was feeling envious of the wealthy guests who can afford to stay at the hotel. Alas! The state of the toilets brought me back to reality. The first THREE toilet seats were dirty. The fourth was OK, but then I noticed that the wall tiles next to the toilet bowls looked as though they’d never been cleaned. This is ridiculous in such well known 5 star hotel.

To any staff members reading this review, please keep in mind that this is not the responsibility of the cleaners, but of the supervisors …and their supervisors. In fact, the problem starts...

Came here while visiting the berlin gate. Lilly ? I think her name is , was super friendly . also the quality of the sandwiches and desserts are top. very impressed. everything freshly made and not industrial.

Some Adlon hotel staff were on their breaks getting coffee and were more friendly and helpful with me in the few minutes when I was there, than the concierge team at hotel de Rome where I was staying .

I wish I had saw hotel Aalon on the American Express website when I was booking my stay to berlin instead of hotel de Rome. such a fun/ positive atmosphere... nothing like the boring sad depressing hotel de Rome. clearly your cute cafe and lovely staff is a shinning example of what your hotel has to offer clients. see you next time for...

I always visit the Adlon when I visit Berlin. Due to a visit of a Head of State I could bot enter the Adlon through the main entrance. Therefore I decided to have a coffee in the Adlon Coffee Shop instead. The staff was very nice and attentive. I felt that they do what they love and love what they do. Coffee is their passion. They give recommandations with a smile on their face. They have an eye for small details, attentive hosts, who give you the feeling of beeing welcomed at home. Time for smalltalk cannot be taken for granted. In future I will have 2 stopps on my must do list in Berlin! A visit at the Adlon Coffee Shop I will be a new...
