A very good place to purchase good cbd products. As a person that suffers of 2 chronic illnesses I have always tried to find a way to replace the normal painkillers, which are not at all a healthy option, with something that would take my pain away without affecting my digestion, or making me euphoric, in order to get thru day to day life. I purchased a full spectrum cbd oil with a concentration of 12%, the very popular gorilla glue buds and 2 bath bombs. So far, the oil is very good for when traveling as the bottle is small and easy to carry, for pain I would recommend to take as soon as pain starts, as it takes between 15-30 minutes to make its effect. The best, for me, are the gorilla glue buds- the effect is immediate after smoking/vaping it, the whole body stops feeling any pain, the muscles completely relax and is very calming for the mind, all without getting any euphoric sensation. Is very efficient for extremely strong pain (good for endometriosis pain or period pain and even for chronic stomach cramps), but also for relaxing the body if stressed. I've been familiar with this shop since it opened in 2016 (verified from their website). Initially, I was excited and intrigued, purchasing a couple of jars of their CBD buds over the following months.

Back then, the buds came in glass jars with a deposit of at least 2€. It's worth noting that upon purchase, customers didn't automatically receive a receipt, which was fine by me back then. However, when I needed one once and asked for it, the staff had to search for the receipt block, which apparently wasn't readily available at the cash register and took some time to fill out. Again, no big deal for me at that point.

But after about a year or so, when I decided to return the jars to collect the deposit, they refused to give me any change because I didn't have the receipts for the jars... Reminder, they didn't provide receipts to customers without a specific request (they didn't specify the need for a receipt upon returning them). Besides, why would one need a receipt to reclaim the deposit, especially when the jars were clearly labeled as products of Tom Hemps – not random containers?

What a joke, highly unprofessional! Super disappointed, as I like to support local biz in my Kiez. I'd recommend getting your buds...

I just can't believe it Ive been going and supporting the Tom hemps from the get go, So yesterday I bought two thc clones from the shop one of the this morning didn't look so good so because I bouth it yesterday and that it didn't look so good this morning I thought bringing it back will not be a problem so I went there thinking that it will be no problem so first I spoke to a German guy refused me straight away I then told him that I paid 20 euros per plant and that I don't want my money back but a better plant by that time the Italian boss comes walking in I go to him and explain myself again, he ends up counting about 60 other plants and tells me that they are all fine and that it was MI who did something wrong I than asked him what can be done new plant or my money back he said no of that unprofessional to the...
