Nordsee — Restaurant in Karlsruhe

I always like eating in Nordsee! But I will recommend people not to visit this place as they don’t have a great service nor good ethics! I asked the lady at the Kasse for a grilled fish, potatoes and if possible I can get some mushrooms? She didn’t answer made the bill for 17 bucks and asked me to wait for 15 mins. Later when I was getting the food she gave a full portion of mushrooms for which I requested if she can keep it back as none touched it she said you paid for it and go throw the food if you don’t need! With an unapologetic way. Nordsee should be proud that they got the money but wasted food...

Ho avuto il privilegio di cenare al Nordsee e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero straordinaria!

Il cibo è stato il punto forte della serata: il pesce fresco era delizioso e perfettamente preparato, mentre gli altri piatti proposti erano altrettanto deliziosi e gustosi. È evidente che solo ingredienti di alta qualità vengono utilizzati in cucina, il che si traduce in sapori autentici e genuini in ogni boccone.

La pulizia e l'ordine del locale hanno reso l'ambiente estremamente accogliente e confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e abbiamo potuto godere appieno della nostra esperienza culinaria.

Il personale è stato straordinariamente cortese e attento, sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande e a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con un sorriso. L'attenzione al cliente è davvero impeccabile e ha reso la nostra serata ancora più piacevole.

In definitiva, consiglio vivamente Nordsee a chiunque desideri gustare ottimo pesce fresco in un ambiente accogliente e rilassato. È il posto perfetto per una serata speciale o per un'occasione da celebrare.

The girl at the Kasse can not do two things at the same time, like can not tell me the price of a bottle of water while waiting the guy in front deciding what to eat for himself and the rest of his family members! So I waited as if I am gonna buy food without being able to prepare the money for the water,when my turn came I took allllll my time reluctantly to gather up...
