Maybe this is considered not bad Thai food for Guatemala. It's definitely not great. The reviews are incredibly generous so maybe I came with too high expectations.

Dao Thai is the first one I have had that made me think this is what it must taste like when it is home made. Somehow it was better than 10 good Thai restaurants I love and dozens that I don’t. We have been here for 6 weeks so far and have eaten at Dao Thai at least 10 times. Twice so far this week and it is only Thursday.
