I am truly discouraged to write this review but I am frustrated with this establishment and the way they responded to a mistake they made. Mid November, my family and myself, a group of 8 people ate at their place. The food was great, no complaints on that. However, the server charged my card twice somehow. When I called they said in 3 days we will refund you. 3 days came and no refund. I reached out again and they gave me another number to call and sort things out. I called and this person told me that by Monday they would have refunded my money. Two Mondays have come by and no refund has been made, nor are they answering my messages or my calls. And when they answers they pretend they can’t hear me and hang up on me. I my ticket for 8 people was $150 USD and I was charged twice, so $300USD. Read moreNo, and just no. Went there tonight, only person there. Ordered lasagna for the main and an appetizer of nachos with beans and guacamole. I specifically ordered this as an appetizer.
So, i waited about 30 minutes, at which point both dishes came out at the same exact time. The beans with the nachos were already cold, and the cheese had solidified on top. Clearly it just sat around after being made. The entire point of getting an appetizer first is so i could pace myself while eating and none of it would get too cold.
The lasagna was ok except it had some leftover stems in it which you shouldn't eat (picture included). Wasn't good, just meh. The sauteed vegetables that came with it were perfectly cooked and delicious.
At the end of the day, i don't recommend eating here. Aside from the service it just isn't worth the price and there are better options...
Read moreTheir portions are substantial & the cost is just right! I keep coming back for the ensalada de aguacate, nachos con guacamol, y el verde picante es muy delicioso! The avocado salad has about 2-3 whole avocados sliced up on it with some tomato & onion slices. I use about an entire cup of the picante sauce over it & squeeze some limon onto it & it’s perfect. Beers are priced at standard restaurant prices, tea & coffee is nothing special & I had a red wine one time & it was fine.
