FIRST Local Craft Beer and Kitchen — Local services in Budapest

We are returning customers to this place and they always surprise us with their hospitality and friendliness. They have wide selection of draught beers so everyone can find some for their taste but I recommend to try all the FIRST beers. :) Prices of food and beers are fair and the most affordable in the neighbourhood. Staff is really helpful and kind, even when we arrived in the most crowded hour they find us a table and brought our orders within minutes. The head waiter was a clumsy arrogant unprofessional man. He didn’t write down our orders, naturally messed up, couldn’t understand himself with our teammates in english and was complaining behind our backs to his colleagues (loud enough to hear everything) about “why we can’t order properly”, so I had to excuse him in front of our german colleagues. And to top this off, he dropped some used forks and knifes on my and my colleague’s backs, leaving large stains on our shirts, and didn’t even acknowledged his mistake. I had an amazing experience at this place. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their craft beers.

The food was delicious and perfectly paired with their beer selection. I highly recommend the cheeseburger and the IPA - they were both top-notch!
