I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Apartments Florin in Budapest and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is unmatched—within walking distance of all major attractions, ensuring exceptional convenience. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen; however, coffee capsules are provided only on the first day, and in our case, a water bottle was not supplied despite a note in the kitchen indicating that one should have been included. Additionally, the salt provided in the kitchens is insufficient for those who cook, as the small quantities run out quickly. A daily supply of coffee capsules, tea bags, and pepper, alongside salt, would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.
The facilities are impeccably maintained, demonstrating high standards of cleanliness, organization, and management. The staff, available at the reception 24/7, are professional and courteous, ensuring a consistently positive stay. The optional breakfast offered downstairs, coupled with the extensive selection of nearby restaurants and cafés, further contributed to the pleasant experience. Moreover, the close proximity of a metro station is a significant advantage.
Although the central location naturally results in occasional noise from local transportation, including ambulances, the management’s provision of ear plugs reflects a proactive approach to guest comfort. The value offered, particularly during the winter season, is commendable—so much so that I extended my initial two-day booking to a ten-day stay.
Based on this experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Apartments Florin and will undoubtedly return on my next visit...

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. Initially, everything was satisfying. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious and perfectly suited to our six people. However, the coffee machine was failing. Our request for intervention has not been effective. After several hours, four of us went to the reception to ask for a repair. We reported that the coffee was systematically served cold, but Mr. Hoffer Péter categorically refused any intervention, arguing that the device was working properly, despite our protests. Following five attempts to replace the machine, we opted to return the machine and have Mr. Hoffer Péter tries it for evaluation. He carried out tests, including the temperature of the coffee and all without commenting before returning to his seat. After ten minutes of waiting, we asked for his opinion. He then confirmed the inadequate temperature of the coffee, all in a disrespectful tone. I therefore asked Mr Hoffer Péter about this procedure, why it is so hard to change the coffee machine, learning about the absence of stock of coffee machines. Faced with this belated explanation and its rude attitude, characterized by a stubborn silence and a total lack of answer to our questions, we noticed a lack of professionalism on his part.
Mr Hoffer Péter showed an unacceptable lack of professionalism. I won't go back to that hotel never again. It is sad that the other receptionists were still competent, but unfortunately, in that exact moment, we're served by Mr Hoffer Péter, who's damages the image of the...
Read moreIt was our first time in Budapest. So had no idea about locations. We booked the hotel based on the reviews. Check in was easy and we were on the 4th floor. It was a really warm day and the room was so hot even with the windows open. We were told by reception that we couldn't have the air con on because its not available to have winter time. This wasn't advertised when booking from what I could see. The road is noisy but wasn't an issue if the windows were shut. But it was warm even for November. Room is very spacious, was cleaned and having the kitchen area was great. Bed was really comfy.
Location was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for any better for exploring. Getting the 100E bus from and to the airport was so easy and i worry with transport. Its literally on the road the hotel is on. Jewish quarter is on the doorstep for bars and restaurants and everything is walking distance to the river. Trams, buses and metro are so easy to use with the budapest Go app.
If you want a central location with a clean and tidy hotel for a good price this was great to stay. I fell in love with this city and will be booking again. I would definatly stay here again and already recommended to friends.
Please can you just advertise on your website that the aircon...
