Extremely Disappointing – Unprofessional and Irresponsible

We called Mandala Baths before arriving and were told that we could come on a walk-in basis and would most likely be able to enter. Based on this information, we took a taxi from our hotel, only to be turned away at the entrance because they had already been fully booked since yesterday due to a Valentine’s event.

This was entirely their mistake – the employee on the phone should have known there was no availability, yet they still gave us incorrect information. When we arrived, there was no apology, no accountability, and no solution—just a simple “nothing we can do.” We wasted both time and money on a taxi for absolutely nothing because of their irresponsibility. I highly recommend paying a visit to Mandala bath and spa! I visited the more touristy Gellert bath, and quickly felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people and the co-ed locker rooms. Mandala was a breath of fresh air, and truly a relaxing experience. We visited earlier in the day (before 11am) and found there was plenty of space to exhale and enjoy the amenities. We returned later in the week for a couples massage and enjoyed ourselves! For anyone wanting a clean, relaxing space to unwind, I recommend this location. They also have locker rooms dedicated for men and women, a sauna, steam room, fresh fruit water and lunch if you’re interested....

Nice facility but with many buts... Well I bought tickets from GetYourGuide app, the sold voucher from GetYourGuide have some discrepancies with the facilities services.

For instance the ticket I bought includes free robe and a drink but the facility says no it is not included, and asks for extra for already paid services.

Also checknin is quite complicated in which they ask for your id as or passport to be left at the reception while you are inside the facility, which is quite weird and shows lack of confidence to the visitors.
