Horrible experience!

The tools were full of dust and some of them were very dirty, it seemed to me that they reuse the tools without cleaning them first. The staff were gossiping very loud during the appointment. I wanted shellac removal for my nails and a manicure with regular polishing. The guy who did my treatment doesn’t speak English at all and even that I explained what I wanted and it seemed that he understood, he started doing gel on my nails. I stopped him and trying to explain one more time what I wanted and eventually he understood. The problem starts here tho , for my regular polishing he used very low quality of products, he even tried to dry my nails with a paper, with no success cause after I left 3 of my nails broke and the colour faded. Also, when I asked to fix one of my nails because it was a small hair on it , he pointed my sweater. Sorry sir , I didn’t know that I had to be naked in order you to do your job !!! For all of this I paid 8000kr , 3000kr the removal and 5000kr the regular polishing. Fist time I pay so much money for such a bad quality of work! Shame !! I don’t recommend the...
