Had a horrible time! The sound is good the stage is good and has a nice space downstairs, but the customer service is non-existent! It took 30 minutes for my beer to arrive and an hour for my partners 's mocktail, the head waiter was defensive, irritable and apathetic, that's bad enough, but what makes it worse, is he was well spoken and articulate. I understand if it gets busy, bit it wasn't jam packed. No explanation or alternatives were offered to minimise any issues with the order. The upstairs area is poorly designed to accommodate live perfomance viewing, lots of brickwork obscures the veiw from the tables, good design could avoid this. For example minimal beamwork instead of a thick brick asthetic that obscures a lot of the view. Low seating near the front, medium in the middle & high tables at the back could be quickly and simply implemented. The artists were all great, but the venue provides one of the worst live music expierences ever!!! And I've slept in a damp tent at Glastonbury during the rain!!! Its worth noting that I am a customer service & user expierence proffesional so I do have admittedly high standards, but when you're paying high end prices like this, u expect much more. For my first vist to Gillys fandom, this was really bad, my girlfriend ecen said that her mood was off, because of the issues and wanted to go home, which was very uosetting as it was a music showcase from her home state of Mizoram. I won't come back again unless they bring Elvis, MJ and Bowie back from the dead! Avoid...

Extremely unpleasant experience! Inspite of having booked the tickets worth 499/- per head for a live show online, which is supposed to have cover charges included - according to what's mentioned while booking the tickets, everyone was charged extra 500/- per head in the name of cover charges. They said that it's entry fee what we paid while booking the tickets, which makes absolutely no sense. We paid for the live show! There was a huge line of people asking the same questions to the guy at the counter. There was a blue shirt staff who walked in and spoke very rudely to all of us who were questioning their unfair business policies.

They charge very high service charge which is - ILLEGAL BY THE LAW. Service charge is dependent on the discretion of the customer weather they want to pay or not based on their service - which is absolutely HORRIBLE by the way.

Pretty expensive food and drinks and your cover charge won't even serve you two pints of beer. Biriyani is 400/- plus tax plus 10 service charge!

Very unfair business policies, hope they learn to do business...

I went there last Sunday, and there was a metal tribute event. A couple of bands performed, but the experience was unpleasant. There was this one long-haired, bearded guy, who seemed to be either the organizer or part of the managerial team. He appeared to be high on cocaine or something, and was recklessly running around without regard for others’ safety. There were no bouncers present to manage the situation.

During his wild rounds, he nearly collided with several people. While I was trying to enjoy myself, he slammed his head into mine so hard that I didn’t even realize what had happened at first. He didn’t pause to acknowledge or apologize, and no one intervened.

In the end, I confronted him and gave him an earful, but the incident completely ruined the mood for me and my friend. Overall, it was a total waste of time, money, and energy. The entire experience was very negative, and I found the place extremely unsafe, especially for women.

I am considering filing a complaint once I return to Bangalore, and I would not recommend this...
