Food tastes good. But I was disappointed with the service and rude behaviour. It's self service and I have waited more then 30 mins to get my order. The hotel is not so busy but they're busy packaging the food for delivery. They do not serve the first who are waiting to dine in :( and they are misplaced my order item with others and he blamed me. I have ordered singapore fried rice and they gave me fried rice. When I asked they blamed me, when I talked to the person at the counter she was also madam taking veg fried rice now! How can they tell like this. I recommend this hotel but be careful whenever you're taking your food.

The food here is pretty decent but the cashier today was arrogant. He didn't seem like he was interested in serving customers. Training needs to be provided for them to treat their customers politely. He also conveniently left out important information about our order which led to the order coming differently from what we expected.

This ruined our experience and led me to deduct 2 stars. Another star was deducted because the place stunk of drainage. And overall didn't seem so hygiene. The cloth used to wipe dishes looked very dirty. That deducted 1 star.

Also, we have had poor experience with home delivery. The forgot to send chutney thrice out of the 6 times we ordered for home delivery. Idli dosa without chutney.
