"There are no holes in this wall." That's how boldly this place takes shots at the place right across the street.
While the menu does have other dishes and main courses, as the name suggests, I solely came to experience a good breakfast and I was not disappointed.
Location: (3/5) A bit on the inside. Hard to find your way to the place if you aren't used to the typical bangalorean road layout, or if you aren't good at using maps. The sign board isn't invisible but they could've done a better job at making themselves visible. You may also struggle finding an immediate parking and might need to drive around or walk a bit.
Food: (5/5) Absolutely delicious. Granted the prices seem a tad absurd at first, but the quantum and spread both are beyond satisfying. You'd find quite the variety in the menu with all sorts of meats, salads, sandwiches and whatever else makes your ideal breakfast, made with quality, fresh ingredients. The coffees are the only thing probably not worth spending on as they're just fine but priced on similar levels.
Ambience: (4/5) The place does look grand, very well maintained, and a bit too much at that, making it somewhat awkward for someone who walks in pajamas for their Sunday breakfasts. While most of the place is comfortably decorated and stylized, the cushioning on the wall backed seats aren't so. The chairs are better, and the outside spots are the best. They do have some whacky pictures and fun content on their walls to help you make some good conversations on your second date less awkward while the two of you wait for food, or you could choose to marvel at the place. (There are a lot of people who come there dressed all fancy just to take pics of the one pancake that five of them would be sharing but hey, that isn't the fault of the place)
Services: (5/5) speedy and efficient. The staff is kind and knows their place and work, it's hardly a wait before your order arrives. The staff doesn't interrupt your meals much either for needless feedback or repetitive, "would you like anything else", which makes the experience that much...

Ambiance: There is a very good effort been put into doing up the place, however for OCD creatures like me, there was a lot of easily spottable things that were horribly wrong. The view to the kitchen I feel, is a great thing - but if you are displaying something, then give it all you got. Make it shiny! You can see a lot of admin stuff and operational objects like carton boxes of tissue papers and stacks of mineral water bottles... it's like the café is divided into two parts... one that they want people to see, and the other that is not worth seeing even though they have valid seating of two large and two small tables there. It can be a lot better...
Service: Staff is a bit sluggish. Not active, especially for a breakfast place. I can't complain about the speed as we were the only ones there (Monday morning, remember?) Staff is not in sync... didn't bother that the tissue paper holder and the bottle of water on the table was empty.
Food: Good, but not finger licking worthy. After hogging on to a lot of different food, I had to set myself on a diet and hence asked them to use minimal oil for my "Chicken Medley" breakfast platter. What happened was exactly the opposite of that! Everything was floating in oil. TO THE OWNER: Sir, Sunday or Monday, breakfast or dinner, food is most delicious when things don't come out of your freezer. For a foodie, it's very very easy to make out if the meat on their plate was living 6 hours ago or if was frozen for a good 12 hours! Frozen food for an upbeat cafe IS NOT GOOD!
Must have when you visit this place: Waffles! Any out of their range! It's one of the best I've had!
Price: won't complain. Decently priced. It would have been a hard-to-believe deal if the food is priced less than ₹200/person, but that's just for information sake. The pricing is as it should be for such a place.
Overall: 3 stars! I'd love to see fresher food and happier staff.
Hope this positive...
