One of the best Pure Veg North Indian Restaurants in Basavanagudi/Gandhi Bazaar.
Service : Polite, Proactive cleaning, Helpful, customized the order according to our request.
But one of the major problem is that it's in an area where most of the Kannadigas visit the restaurant and waiters or people who take order doesn't know Kannada. My parents who are graduates and know only Kannada, don't know Hindi couldn't have managed if they are not accompanied by someone who know Hindi.
Humble request to management is to ensure customer facing staff to learn little Kannada. You are making it difficult for your customers.
What we ate: Tomato Soup, Tandoori Baby corn, Veg Stuffed Paratha, Sabzi Makhmali Amritsari, Khaju Matar Pulao, Paneer Biryani, Lassi. Food : Very tasty, Paneer was soft, Lassi was thick and soulful, Parathas were tasty and so soft that it was easy to eat even for my granny.
Ambience : Hygienic, Good, Kids play area is present in the restaurant. But AC is not there. During summer, it will be difficult to eat hot served food. Price : Budget friendly. Rs.1600 for 4 people. Location : very accessible. Near Gandhi Bazaar circle, DVG Road
We loved food and service. Waiters are polite and customized orders for my parents request. There was little water on the fresh plate. They made sure it was changed even before we...
Read moreWe had Organised a Small Get Together/ Party for our Son's Naming Ceremony and I Must say, We were Over Whelmed by the response from both the Manager (Amarendra) and the Chef (Raghu). They both were very Accommodating and Catered to all our Needs without any Hesitation.
We wanted our entire Menu to be Jain, and the Options given by the Chef were soo good that all our Guests were very satisfied with the Lunch Menu and literally everyone praised the Food. To be Honest, We have not had this Tasty Jain Food in Bangalore for very long now!!! We generally get very limited Options in Jain Food outside and there are a lot of Limitations however this Place is very Different. They were ready to make anything and everything foe Us in Jain, which is a rare sight in Bangalore!!!
The Food was just Lip Smacking....... All Items Including the Soups/ Starters/ Main Course and Even Deserts were made with lot of Efforts and that showed when the Food was Served.
Not only that, the Servers were also very Friendly and Served Food with a Big Smile and that also made a lot of Difference. It was Welcoming for all our Guests and each and every Guest of Ours walked out Happily, all Thanks to the Manager, Chef and the Servers and entire Team behind it to make this Event a Successful One.......
We would always recommend this Place, both for...
Read moreThis North Indian restaurant offers delicious food at affordable prices. It's a great option for those on a budget. I recently visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food quality is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I initially thought it was a buffet-style restaurant, but it's actually à la carte.
We ordered a few appetizers, including honey chilli potato and shahi paneer. The honey chilli potato was fantastic—like a delicious French fry with a sweet and spicy coating. The shahi paneer was incredibly tender and flavorful.
For our main course, we had paneer butter masala gravy with lachha paratha and butter naan. The lachha paratha was particularly impressive—flaky and expertly made. The lassi was also delicious, but I'd recommend skipping the strawberry flavor next time.
The best part of the experience was the incredibly friendly and courteous staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. We'll definitely be returning soon!
The one thing I would like to see is AC of some sort as it was...
