The pieces in this store are tasteful and some of the highest quality available in Mumbai. However the exchange/return policies are extremely customer unfriendly- online purchases cannot be exchanged in store, exchange/return is only allowed if there’s a product defect or damage (for home decor, if the color doesn’t match your home or piece isn’t fitting well, you’re stuck), was told online purchase return must be initiated within 24hrs of receipt (24hrs!!!!!??) - though the returns policy says 48hrs on the website. Had the most unpleasant experience after being a long standing loyal customer! Bought an expensive sculpture as a gift. Did not opt for the online 1500 off and bought in the store as I wanted it to be properly presented. Took it home myself and gifted to a friend who opened it a few hours later only to send me a video showing me that the piece was cracked.
