Subject: Unacceptable Experience at CAMA Hospital
Dear Management Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to CAMA Hospital on July 15, 2025. The overall experience was marred by incompetence, neglect, and a blatant disregard for patient care.
The hospital staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns, with the security guard at the entrance being particularly rude and unhelpful. The doctor assigned to my case appeared disorganized and failed to provide clear explanations or updates on my treatment.
The nursing staff was inattentive and unresponsive, leaving me feeling anxious and neglected. The wait time was excessive, with no explanation or communication from the staff. To make matters worse, the waiting area was filthy and uncomfortable, with no separate seating for patient relatives.
The washrooms were disgusting, with broken fixtures and inadequate cleaning. The lack of proper hygiene and sanitation was alarming.
Throughout my visit, I was met with a lack of responsiveness and service from the hospital staff. Phone calls went unanswered, and queries were ignored. The overall atmosphere was one of chaos and disorganization.
To improve patient satisfaction, I suggest:
Enhanced training programs for staff on patient communication and care. Regular cleanliness checks in public areas, including waiting rooms and washrooms. Separate waiting areas for patient relatives. Improved responsiveness and service from hospital staff. Accountability measures for staff negligence and incompetence.
I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and lead to immediate improvements in your...
Read moreHi All Is Hospital me baby delivery k time yaha k doctors undergo sterilization yani nasbandi karane k liye force karte hen and unka ye force karna illegal hai, but waha k doctors me koi khauf nhi hai. Nagar Palika hospitals or doctors in Maharashtra, India cannot legally force any woman to undergo sterilization (nasbandi) after delivery. Here's why: Informed Consent is Mandatory: Medical ethics and the law in India emphasize the importance of informed consent for any medical procedure, including sterilization. A woman has the right to make her own decisions about her body and reproductive health. Coercion is Illegal: Forcing or pressuring a woman into sterilization is a violation of her fundamental rights and bodily autonomy. Government Guidelines: While the government promotes family planning, the National Health Mission guidelines emphasize that sterilization should be voluntary and based on informed choice. There should be no targets or incentives for health workers that could lead to coercion. Supreme Court Judgments: The Supreme Court of India has recognized reproductive rights as part of a person's right to health and personal liberty under Article 21 of the Constitution. This includes the right to make decisions about sterilization freely and without coercion. If a woman is being pressured or forced to undergo sterilization at a Nagar Palika hospital or by any doctor in Maharashtra, it is a serious violation of her rights. She has the right to refuse and can seek legal recourse. It is important for women to be aware of their reproductive rights and to ensure they make informed decisions about family planning without any pressure...
