I had the opportunity to visit Canon Pav Bhaji at CSMT Mumbai a few years ago, and back then, I had a delightful experience with their delicious pav bhaji. However, during my recent visit, I couldn't help but notice a noticeable decline in the overall quality of the food.
While the ambiance and location remained unchanged, the taste and presentation of the pav bhaji seemed lacking compared to my previous visit. The dish lacked the same flavors and richness that I had come to associate with Canon Pav Bhaji. It was disappointing to see that the quality had degraded over time.

The star of the show is, of course, the Pav Bhaji. The bhaji, a rich and flavorful vegetable curry, is cooked to perfection with a blend of spices that strike the perfect balance between tangy and spicy. The pav, or bread rolls, are buttery, soft, and toasted just right, complementing the bhaji beautifully.
The stall uses fresh ingredients, and the taste reflects the quality. Each bite is a delightful burst of flavors, with the smooth texture of the bhaji melding perfectly with the crisp, buttery pav. Service
The service is quick and efficient, even during peak hours. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to customize the spice level according to your preference. They maintain high hygiene standards, which is commendable for a street food setup.
Price
