The Farmers' Store Bandra Pali - Organic Food Store — Local services in Mumbai

Terrible experience dealing with this so called "organic store". Firstly my order was not completely sent as the store assures they sent it but somehow we didn't receive it which has never been the case in the past with any other store . I had messaged them before placing the order for high delivery charges, to which the person mentioned about sending you some free item as a goodwill gesture, blackberries were sent. Though in our opinion it was completely squished but like the person from the store said we(customer) don't know what organic fruit really looks like, sure mate.

The staff is horrible! No sense of customer service or how to talk to customers. I told the attendant at the counter that they were not answering the phone since morning nor calling back. He was very rude and not apologetic at all. Gave a curt answer that we are busy stocking veggies and hence no time to answer phones. Like really? And then the staff keep complaining and squabbling with each other about which of them should do what, and which of them didn't do this and that! all this loudly and while there were customers in store. I love the products but I am highly dissatisfied with the service. Both service and staff are pathetic. The staff will not answer your calls, read your WhatsApp message but not reply. They are reluctant to co-ordinate with customers. They behave as if they are doing some favour on us. The worst part, they deliver products only after 8pm where order is placed at 11:30am. The vegetables loose their freshness by that time. My last order was not delivered even by 9:15pm., I had to cancel the order. Dissatisfied, though I like the...
