Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Pune

Honestly, I should not even be giving it 1 star, but I will consider the star is going to the set up and the nice little corner building that they have set up this CCD in. We ordered 1 cold coffee frappe. It arrived after 25 minutes! 25 minutes to serve 1 cold coffee in an almost empty cafe, with a coffee machine! There was no one else that they were serving, the shop was nearly empty (now we know why). But even after 25 minutes, the coffee that arrived was mind numbingly BAD. In fact, it was not even coffee, just a glass filled with milk, sugar and water with absolutely the most faint smell of coffee, only smell, no taste. The glass looked unappetizing. In all my years of going to CCD, this was by far the worst coffee I have ever been served anywhere. When we asked the waiters to add coffee and make it darker, they said they already did and cannot add further! Hahahaha what?! I have never heard this ever! Even small cafes politely add coffee when asked but apparently CCD has gone broke and the workers have been told to manage with limited coffee and cheat and fraud the customers and argue instead of providing services. The setting looked nice but do not be fooled. Worst CCD...

Very neat and clean place. Must visit place. Parking is available for two wheeler for four wheeler you have to take left from the cafe. This is vintage styled cafe so you have good time to spend. So much sitting arrangements so privacy can be maintain. Very cooperative staff. On table service is available. Fresh food is served by the staff. No too much rush now a days. They have maintain all the hygiene in such a pandemic. Riders please visit place on any Sunday to have a good time and get together. All the menus are intact and availability also there for all the menus. So you don't have to worry about it. You can take lots of photo with style in this vintage style cafe.

It's a great place for corporate meetings, to meet with friends and family members. The ambience is little different from usual CCD, but it's good. Nice cosy atmosphere at the last corner section of cafe. The discussion table near cash counter is very ideal for all types of meetings. Really loved this place. Must try out their value for money combos (really combos make sense), chocolate Fantasy and Pure Indulgence cake 🎂...

The cafe team is very good, helpful and friendly, always ready to serve customers with a smile ☺. Cafe manager Vijay is a very customer friendly person... Overall this place has a great future, good food good beverages and Team - 10 on 10......
