Kayumanis Spa Nusa Dua — Local services in Kuta Selatan

Where to start? First off we are capping off our Thailand and Indonesia trip and I can't say enough about this property and it's staff. From top-level management, to the multiple drivers to front desk personnel, the Spa staff, the restaurant(s) staff, the kutchen staff and chef, the grounds keepers, to the gentleman (of which there were 5) taking care of us in our suite. This place is 5+-Star for sure. I will list some of the staff below however, if I leave your name off please forgive me and know that your service has been greatly appreciated and unmatched! List not all inclusive, Spa: Yuyun & Desi, Restaurant staff: Eva, Septi and Susi, Drivers: Wyan+++ the front desk: Silvi. The boss (Ketut Sudana) even drove us a few times to free up his staff. A total Team effort to make your stay here the best it could possibly be! Now there is one negative, besides the distance from the US, I want to point out, this being a tropical island. There are mosquitoes, these are the small barely visible fast ones, that you most likely won't know have been and had dinner on you until after. The resort does a good job of controlling them by spraying the property weekly and putting mosquitoe coils in the room. You would still be wise to bring or get some off for your excursions and keep your bed canopy closed while you sleep, it's beautiful to wake up to in the morning anyway. My family and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the spa services at Kayu Manis Nusa Dua Bali and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel truly pampered.

The treatments offered were top-notch, with each session tailored to meet my specific needs. The massage therapists were skilled and attentive, ensuring that we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. The ambiance of the spa was serene and tranquil, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall relaxation experience. We particularly enjoyed the soothing music and aromatic scents that added to the calming environment.

My husband and I went in together for a 2 hour treatment. We were set up in a lovely treatment room with Yuyun and Saras. We donned our bathrobes and got to choose between 4 different oils and discussed our treatment preferences. My husband had a 2 hour relaxing massage which he said was amazing.. he said that Saras was very strong! I had the Ocean treatment which began with a foot soak/scrub and then a 1 hour relaxing massage, then a body scrub and finished off with a bubble bath with a tea and biscuits. My treatment also included a delicious dessert of banana crepes and icecream! The setting of the room was very clean, serene and inviting. Including its own bathroom with a toilet, bath and outdoor shower in a gorgeous lush garden. The whole experience was beautiful. We felt so special and extremely relaxed afterwards.
