Angelos is the best for natural products! I especially love their face masks and body scrubs- everything is all natural and I have tried several items and all are of good quality and for a good price. Each time i come to Bali, the day after I arrive I go to Angelos to buy most of my toiletries, including soap, oils, scrubs, their natural insect repellant and more! My local balinese friends also use their products and like them as well. I bought herbs and teas from Angelos and they are organic and natural for a very cheap price. My favourite is their neem tea. They also have a lovely selection of essential oils for various healing purposes. Each product has info on what health issues it assists with. They also offer a healing course on how to make your own remedies as I see people taking that course what I shop there but I haven't personally taken that course before. I highly recommend Angelos if you are traveling or live in Bali đșđ†Thank you Angelos for the amazing...
Read moreSought this place out after googling for places that sell real aloe vera gel in Ubud. The first time I got sunburnt in Bali (three weeks ago), I bought some lotion at Guardian that had a small amount of aloe vera, but about 40 different chemical ingredients. Skin hated it. Felt sticky and gross and just wanted to wash it off. Didn't help sunburn at all. Three weeks later, I got burnt again. (Yes, foolish me. I was at least being smart by wearing a long-sleeved swimming shirt. Should have applied sunscreen on legs every hour instead of every three hours....) ANYWAY, the oil I bought at Angelo had real aloe vera, coconut oil, and just a few other natural ingredients. I've applied it about 4 times over a day-and-a-half. My skin loves it. It took out the burn, and the burn already seems a lot better!!! It took a week for my last burn to heal. They have a ton of natural...
Read moreWe bought some essential oils and we have noticed that NONE are steam distilled, they are "external use only", therefore they are UNNATURALLY obtained. Most steam distilled essential oils (lavender/fennel/citrus/lemongrass) you can ingest if they are NATURALLY OBTAINED, ie cold pressing and steam distillation. The oils are chemically withdrawn from the plants. Also nowhere does it say these beauty products are organic (only some oils). After showing these oils to a friend who does doterra she could clearly smell the chemicals inside them. I would warn all not to use these products. I have read other bad reviews about their products and would just recommend people to use iherb where all oils are steam distilled...
