Super late on my designs — never creates on time …. Waited 2 months for my jewels to be done when I was told a week ….. Poor post sales service - bad customer service …. And bad quality …

I have spent over 3000$ usd with Ani - making custom pieces and buying her jewelry. She has definitely overcharged me for the quality she gives and her attitude sucks !

She makes mistakes and then makes it the fault of the customer - classic tactic !!!

I feel ripped off in the end when I see the quality of her craftsmanship …. I’ve asked her to repair things that should be part of her guaranteed work and she takes no responsibility and keeps greedily asking me for more money to repair her bad quality pieces that change color or break with less than a days wear or even without wear

She can’t take responsibility for her craftsmanship ….. I had to stop working with her after realizing how much greed was involved in this collaboration ….. she said her doubled prices were because of the war in Gaza …. Come on !!!! Please ? She literally doubled her prices on me after making my pieces giving me no choices but to pay her crazy prices as I had given her all my expensive stones ….

I won’t be working with such a jeweler again because it’s not about the jewels it is more about the customer service and good vibes ! She doesn’t have integrity or any gratitude for her customers !

Suggest also to double check her stones as she sold me citrine that lost its colour after a day …. And she blames it on the...

Beautiful energy in the place, wide selection of gemstones and the lady was so patient in answering my questions about the different types of stones and their properties. I have visited multiple shops looking for a gemstone nothing specific (by feeling) and I found it here.
