Absolutely blown by the experience we had!! From a seamless order placing over whatsapp, to prompt responses while discussing the cake design and sorting out the delivery logistics, to the regular updates and the timely delivery on 30th march... a 10/10 really. Could not have asked for a better way to celebrate our niece's 1st birthday! 😊 The cake was equal parts adorable and delicious!!! I loved how Hermawan Tanjung suggested to skip an overdose of fondant and instead go for a 'baby-approved' naturally sweetened cake, with cream frosting instead. And executed to absolute visual perfection! A special shoutout from baby's parents who loved the cake as well! ✨️ Thank you Caramel, for making this occassion, so, SO special for the full family. This is really your go-to place in all of Ubud, if not Bali! ❤️

These guys are GREAT. I have used them twice. The first time was for my wedding cake Aug 2014. We worked together to come up with the idea. I wanted a cake that people would tell me "that was the best cake I have EVER had" and 3 people came up to me at the reception and told me that. The 2nd time was for my birthday and they made my family traditional cake: devil's food chocolate with dark chocolate icing. It was perfect and really made me feel like home. They are more expensive than other places. but that is because they use the very best high quality ingredients. For my wedding they added a liqueur to it! I never entered their store, but KNEW I wanted to order my wedding cake from them! Chatted them up on Whatsapp, very easy! And Woooow they absolutely understood the assignment here guys, above and beyond really! I got their Coconut, pandan, pineapple cake and wanted to keep the praline crumble instead of a bare white wedding cake, and they REALLY tied in the green pandan beautifully with the flowers 🤩 delivered it to me the night before our early morning wedding! It was perfection! Let's talk about this cake 🤯 it was so delicious, the pandan sponge so moist, perfect combination of flavors with Coconut pastry cream, and Caramelized Pineapple🫠. Best cake...
