The quality of service, facility, & product is unmatched in Bali. For those that are foodies; those that care about texture, flavor, aesthetics, ambiance you will be pleasantly surprised.
For those that want to eat animal products but feel bad about how animals are treated in the industrial complex & want to only support businesses that treat animals with respect, care, & raise them in a wholistic way… this place has their own local farms where they work side by side with farmers to ensure the purity of their products as well as the animal welfare during its life with them at their farm.
The owners are food wizards creating systems for food production that allow all parts to be used & in-house products that are on par with a 5 star Michelin rated high end Resto. They come from a line of tradition that predates the industrial food complex.
The staff treat you like family. I’ve never been so cared for by a Resto & it’s employees. Literally their care is palpable in their smiles, kind gestures, real conversations, & the client centered service they adhere to.
If you’re in Ubud and want to ground into your animal with high vibe paleo products. This is your place.
It’s popular AF. Be ready to wait merely 5-10 minutes even at the height of business with every table full. They are efficient & thoughtful of new...
Read moreOkay, so where to start... I ordered the wagyu burger with 1 patty. I live in Japan and have been in a lot of contact / learning from local wagyu breeders, therefore I really want to make this point clear.
THIS IS NOT JAPANESE WAGYU don't get it twisted and don't expect it to taste any similar. THIS IS INDONESIAN WAGYU (maybe.. I really don't know about the regulations and how strict it is by achieving wagyu branding here in Indonesia so i really can't tell you) Anyways it means it's a cross between Japanese wagyu and Indonesian kettle, raised up in Indonesia.
What I liked:
-the taste and freshness of the meat -the potato bun -the service
What I disliked:
small portion to expensive in my opinion very salty
I think it's okay if you are really graving meat, because there's probably not too many good and fresh meats like this around, but I really think they would at least serve the burger with some fries or some salad because like common you take away 17% of tax, the base price is high and the burger itself is pretty small... I am sure it is possible and I hope it will change at some point in...
Read more⭐☆☆☆☆ A disastrous experience and a total lack of professionalism
I’m very disappointed and angry with the way this burger place treated me. Last night, I placed an order looking forward to a good meal after a long day, and all I got was a huge lack of respect.
First, they called to tell me the order would be delayed by 30 to 40 minutes because my hotel was “too far.” Despite the delay, I patiently waited. But after all that time (over an hour!), I received a notification that the order was canceled without any explanation.
The result? I was left without dinner late at night, with no chance to order from anywhere else because it was already too late. Is this professional service? Clearly not.
This was not only poorly managed, but also a complete disrespect to the customer. If they couldn’t deliver, they should’ve said so from the beginning—not waste my time and leave me hanging.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects even a basic level of responsibility...
