Worst Domino's I've ever dealt with and has single handedly made me swear to never get one again.

Similar to other reviews, the pizza never came. Rang multiple times over the course of three hours, was constantly told the driver was nearly there. For reference, I live at the most 10 minutes from this shop. I was put on hold multiple times and hung up on. Sometimes they didn't even answer, just immediately hung up.

I had paid through PayPal and opened a dispute (I know, I don't feel good about opening a dispute over pizza but I wasn't letting them get away with such a blatant rip off). Somehow, the dispute was found in Domino's Ringsend favour because they provided proof of delivery. How?!? How could they provide proof when they even admitted that it hadn't left the shop??

This Domino's is full of absolute scam artists. I just wish I could change my local store back to Rathmines as they were always reliable and good...

On the New Year's Day (01-01-2022), I ordered the pizza with some of my favourite toppings, chips and a garlic dip from online. I checked the pizza tracker on my phone and it said out for delivery but unfortunately my order never arrived. I had been waiting for about two hours and there was still no sign of my order. I rang them and they told me that my order would be ready in 5-10 minutes but it still never arrived at my door.

I was really upset about it. It was the WORST take away delivery service I ever had! It was just an awful waste of time. New Year's Day evening was a total catastrophe for myself. I am NEVER ordering anything online from Domino's Pizza at Ringsend ever again!

I have ordered here a couple of times and everytime was bad but my 18 year son ordered out of his own hard earned money. He bought for the whole family and nephews. So his order just touched about the €60 mark but it was just under 20 min late. Freezing cold and the topping wrong this was a late night order and couldn ring the store as it had closed by now. Driver was angry at my son for some reason and my son will not tell me why i will be ringing the store manager to make a official complaint. But this is the last time i order out of here.
