This hotel is really in the centre of Limerick, you can walk less than 3 minutes and you'll be in the front of the store's for shopping, but the noisefor the pub's around is really high and stops close to 2am, so if you want to stay in the center and don't care about noise stay here. Now about my experience with the hotel wasn't so amazing like I expected. The first receptionist who's attending me in my check-in was the most gentle and helpful, compare with the others 2 day's I was in this hotel. The pictures in the website or the booking.com is exactly what you have, like you can see in the pictures I taken in the room I received. The waitress is kindly, Bruna and I really don't remember the name for the other, and ready for help you with the breakfast, but have some issues in my stay. The hotel have 2 floors, but the lift only attending one floor, that's a trouble for who's have some problems like me in my knee. The first and second day's (Tuesday and Wednesday)in the breakfast disappointing me a lots, but today's (26/05/22) I was surprised with the breakfast, I asked exactly the same dishe I was ordered one day ago and the poached egg was exactly what I expected to have in one breakfast, hot and tasty. If I'll be there in my next trip to Limerick? If I'll be in the first floor, and received the same attending like in my last day in the breakfast and seeing more attention like the first receptionist definitely I'llbe back more times.

Nice bar/resturant in the quarter area of Limerick. We visited Tuesday every and it was very busy. We hadn't booked and sat inside, at back of bar. Kids menu available. Not a big vegetarian/vegan option. We ordered main courses and desserts. I had vegetable Thai green curry with rice. It was tasty but for some strange reason was also served with toasted (&very cruchy) bread. Parents ordered seabass on risotto and fish & chips. Both enjoyed. No table check back and we waited a while for our table to be cleared and for dessert. Understand with covid restrictions it's hard to predict if a night will be busy or not. Dessert was average, nothing wow but not disappointing either. Bar area was clean but toilet bin was overflowing. Would recommend a more regular check of toilets. Would recommend as seems a lively place with a great cocktail menu, if I wasn't driving I would have happily sampled one.

Not much to fault, service was quick and good. Pint was great, wings very good and were a decent portion for starters and sauce was nice, no celery sticks with wings. Burger was nice and juicy with some nice flavour. Got side of mushroom&oinion which was ok too. Only fault was while sitting a reservation was put on table for 20.30, at 19.30 we were asked to move, it seemed the manager got times wrong but instead of saying the mistake it was made that we weren't part of the reservation. Didn't mind moving but there is ways to go about it. But all in all its a very nice spot

I recently ate in thus restaurant with my partner on valentines for dinner. I had previously ate there and had an extremely enjoyable experience although I did not have the same experience Wednesday night.

I was completely unaware it was a set menu as it was not stated on your Instagram or in my confirmation email after booking a table.

I requested individual prices for items and was refused saying it was the set menu for 49€ pp including two glasses of presecco, box of chocolates, and a four course meal.

We went out not intending to get a three course meal but was obligated to due to the set menu and every other venue booked up. I do not drink alcohol therefore the Prosecco was of no interest to me but was brought to the table without my knowledge. My partner also was not eating me for ashe Wednesday due to religious beliefs and was extremely limited for choice as salmon was the only option other than meat. We also are participating in lent therefore the set price of 49€ was extremely disappointing as dessert was not an option for us either due to our choices for lent.

My main course of carbonara was completely bland and unappetising, therefore I only had a few forks fills of it. When finished one plate was taken and my carbonara was left for a further 15 minutes before the other plate was collected.

We waited 20/25 minutes minimum between courses and actually never received the fruit sorbet after our starter, therefore it was not a four course meal. We were asked multiple times by staff to confirm our order. On one occasion as a member of staff asked what course we were waiting on another member of staff waited behind them and proceeded to ask the exact same question straight away afterwards. It was an extremely disappointing experience and honestly left us quite upset as 49€ is a lot of money to spend on a meal. For this price I expected the same service we experienced in the past . We were so upset leaving as we were really looking forward to our night out together, but...

So I've had this place twice in recent times and I don't understand some of these reviews regarding the food. Maybe it's just the dishes I ordered.

The first time, I got a buttermilk chicken burger. It was still crispy by the time it got home but it was outright bland. It was accompanied by a smidgen amount of sauce that didn't help to counteract the unevenly size chicken breast that was dry in the centre. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they simply forgot to add even a pinch of salt to the chicken.

The second time, I ordered the buttermilk chicken tenders. It was the same ordeal, bland but not dry this time. It was only saved by the two accompanying sauces to make you forget that they put zero salt in the chicken. You know it's bad when the chips are better seasoned and tastier than the main dish.

Besides the food, the atmosphere is great and the service was attentive. For a long term establishment, I'm surprised they haven't gotten more complaints about some of these dishes and fixed them yet.

It's very clear that they do not taste their own food or the people's food...
