The attention from the guy at the cashier was fine, he doesn’t speak English but we asked him to point at what he wanted and he charged me. It was my first time at the place, the dish arrived and everything was fine. A while later, just as we were about to leave, the waitress came over and told me I had to pay an extra 7 euros because they gave me a different dish than the one I ordered. I explained which dish I had ordered and showed her the payment, to which she simply said I had to pay the difference — and in a tone that was not appropriate, especially knowing it wasn’t my mistake. In the end, I paid to avoid making a scene, but the experience was far from pleasant. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to anyone. There are ways to say things and solve problems, and some customer service training wouldn’t hurt. First time I went there for dine in, and second time I ordered for delivery… food was great in both instances. Generous portions ans affordable prices. I honestly was surprised with the size of portions… quite big. I tried their special mixed shish kebab (meal) that comes with rice or naan bread + salad, garlic/chilli dip + fries and a drink.
