From the moment I stepped into Cedar House, I knew I was in for a treat. This Lebanese gem truly excels in every aspect, offering a dining experience that's nothing short of exceptional.
Let's start with the food. Wow. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The hummus was creamy and perfectly seasoned, the falafel was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the shawarma... oh, the shawarma! Tender, flavorful, and generously portioned. We also tried the mixed grill which was cooked to perfection and bursting with authentic Lebanese spices. Every single bite was a delight, a testament to the chef's skill and passion for Lebanese cuisine. The ingredients were clearly fresh and high-quality, making each dish truly shine.
The atmosphere perfectly complements the incredible food. It's warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxed and sophisticated ambiance. The subtle background music added to the overall experience, allowing for easy conversation while still creating a vibrant feel. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a place to enjoy a meal with friends and family, this restaurant provides the perfect setting.
Finally, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer our questions and offer recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed. The service was prompt and efficient without being intrusive, creating a truly enjoyable and stress-free dining experience. In short, Cedar House is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and delicious Lebanese food. With its exceptional cuisine, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service, it's a dining experience that I can't recommend highly enough. I'll definitely...
Read moreUsed to rave to everyone about how good your pizzas were and used to love ordering a pizza meal and a cheesecake. Ye have lost a customer after your inept driver tonight. I live roughly 15 minutes away ( maybe even less ) from the restaurant. I order a small pizza meal ( pizza, chips, dip, drink ) and a portion of onion rings. I always put my eircode in the delivery instructions when ordering online. Your drivers absolute lack of understanding was shocking. It had started to rain and I was standing in the rain, outside my drive on a main road for 15 minutes when the driver was telling me he was outside? Then asked for my eircode twice when it's on the delivery instructions? I had to ring the restaurant TWICE to tell them their driver was claiming to be outside when I was outside being soaked so it was a lie and he couldn't follow a basic eircode. He then proceeded to pull into a house about 7 houses up, ring me again and ask where I was when I was standing on the footpath and told him to literally turn his head. He ran and gave me my food and said "please don't be mad" no sorry if your standing outside in the rain waiting for someone their entitled to be mad. Pizza was like a leather boot when I bit into it and chips were a mix of brown with the burn or not cooked enough. I'll never be ordering for this please again ye have lost a good customer. Do better, will not...
